Thus and thus it bestows accomplishments. This method of contemplation and practice of the great wrathful king, which destroys all obstacles, I shall also explain for the benefit and happiness of all sentient beings. The Blessed One said: Vajrapani, if you think the time has come, speak. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajrapani, having received permission from the Blessed One, with a posture pleasing to all minds, prostrated to all the Tathagatas, and entered into the samadhi called "Illuminating the Supreme of All Accomplishments." As soon as the Blessed One entered into samadhi, for a moment, all the realms of the world were illuminated by great light, and all the Buddha-fields were filled with the form of Vajradhara, circling in the ten directions, and again dissolving into the Blessed One's own body. Listen to the great miracles that become the practice method of the great wrathful king! Eating leaves and so on, one should recite three million times. Then, after staying for three days, make great offerings in front of the painted image. In front of it, light a fire with neem wood, and burn eight thousand white mustard seeds soaked in ghee with the heart mantra, having practiced it beforehand. So, this is the practice method of the great wrathful king: draw a mandala, bind the sword mudra, sit in vajra posture, and recite until one becomes a vidyadhara. All the vidyadharas make offerings, abide for an eon, without the time of death they desire, travel in all the Buddha-fields, make offerings to all the Tathagatas, and do the work of all sentient beings. Again, if one recites three million times, one can do all the things one wants to do. Make words come true, make trees fall, make birds fall from the sky, make lakes dry up, change the direction of the wind. In front (of the deity), place one liang of ghee similar to an apple in a copper vessel, light a sandalwood fire, and recite the blessing, and three kinds of accomplishments will arise. Then, settle on the top of a mountain, and if you recite one million times without eating, you will see the treasure. If you want to pacify livestock diseases, burning a thousand milk offerings will pacify them. Mix durva grass roots with three sweets and perform a million fire offerings, and the diseases of large livestock will be pacified. Mix lotuses with yogurt, honey, and ghee, and perform a million fire offerings, and you will see the three supreme requests. If you go to the sea, enter the river water, and recite three million times, you will reach your destination. If you burn flowers of what color, you will get clothes of that color. Burning soap will not exhaust the soap. Performing a fire offering with barley will make you a great householder. Priyangu controls. Incense wood will increase servants. Performing a million fire offerings with bilva fruit mixed with three sweets will make you a king. The ritual for drawing a thangka is as follows: Draw a one-faced Achala, wearing a warrior's maroon monastic robe, looking with squinting eyes, holding a sword and a rope in his hands, with an angry face, layered wrinkles, making the three realms fearful, wearing a maroon monastic robe. Then, go to the sea, spread out the thangka, and wear clean clothes on your body. Fearless, eating by begging in sign language, recite five million times. On the last day, perform ten million fire offerings with sandalwood firewood, and you will see Achala, and you will also be close to the Tathagata, obtain samadhi, and obtain the samadhi of a Bodhisattva. Alternatively, draw Achala on a cloth from a cemetery and consecrate it with your own blood. The practitioner faces east, and from the outside, spreads the thangka face to face, bathes three times a day, wears wet clothes, and recites three million times in sign language. On the eighth day of the dark half of the month, stay, give meat tormas to all beings, and perform ten million times on a large corpse.
