At that time, one's own, Retinue, livestock, and relatives, Will likewise be pacified. Take the fruit of datura, Scatter it in all the rooms. On this leaf called neem, Write the enemy's name. Add poison and blood, Use it to constantly write the enemy. Three spices and salt, Fill it with blood. After putting the name there, Completely wrap it with hair. On the neem fire with mustard oil, Fry it slightly. Destroy one's own country and all regions, Whoever becomes one's god, The master of the three realms, Will undoubtedly turn to ashes. འགྱུར། （变动/转变）。此等修法所依故，慈悲之心所化故，为作教法义利故，于此地上无疑虑。此等真实不可思，忿怒之王所幻化，恒常谨慎所成故，安住慈悲之味故，为护诸教法之故，此等圣物和合修。 楝树之果真实取，以三热物充满之，尤于楝树之叶上，书写仇敌之名后，真实取五之自性。彼时如法燃起火，以芥子油充满已，颅骨与毒亦如是，于何处稍安住已，置入以咒语烹煮之。彼仇敌速疾将命终，国土眷属牲畜亦如是。一切近边损害与，毒与风及生处病，饥荒以及迁徙处，风之雨降皆遍集。罗刹部多众一切，将遍满于诸地上。除持明咒者之外，稍许救护亦无有。生起悲悯之心后，观视逼恼诸有情，以二十一乳汁数，充满倾泻彼时施。 以咒师之善妙恩，彼之寿命将息灭。咒师具慧若不悦，于他处如何能寂灭？为作咒之成就故，若修此等真实修，为护教法义利故，为摧毁诸恶毒故， 国王或为恶毒者，作害于教法者等，为彼等调伏之故，极能成办所作事，若善修此等真实法，彼即刻将遭摧毁。 人骨毒药之粉末，以及犬之骨头彼等，如是鹫之颈骨与，芥子油蛇之蜕皮， 楝树真实五自性， 碱蓬盐亦如是等，此等一切聚集一处，荆棘之火不可忍， 自性忿怒如火者，焚烧抛掷三焚烧。于彼处魔将为害，疾病众多皆遍集。 子嗣牲畜眷属等，国王亦将遭摧毁也。国王具足恶毒心。

That enemy will quickly die. Likewise, the land, retinue, and livestock. All nearby harm, poison, wind, and diseases of the birthplace, famine and places of migration, and rains of wind will all gather. All the hordes of rakshasas and bhutas will fill all the lands. Except for those who hold secret mantras, there is no one who can offer even a little protection. After generating a mind of compassion and looking upon the beings who are tormented, pour out twenty-one measures of milk at that time. By the good grace of the mantra practitioner, his life will be pacified. If the wise mantra practitioner is not pleased, how can it be pacified elsewhere? In order to accomplish the siddhi of the mantra, if you practice this true practice, for the sake of protecting the teachings, and for the sake of destroying all evil, the king or the evil one, those who harm the teachings, for the sake of subduing them, this which greatly accomplishes what needs to be done, if you truly practice this, he will be destroyed immediately. Human bone, poison powder, and the bones of a dog, likewise the neck bone of a vulture, mustard oil, and snake skin, the true five essences of the neem tree, alkali salt and salt, etc., gather all these together in one place, the unbearable fire of thorns, the nature of wrathful fire, burn, throw, and burn the three. In that place, demons will cause harm, and many diseases will gather everywhere. The king, along with his children, livestock, and relatives, will also be destroyed. The king possesses an evil mind.
