There will be plague and fainting, And spleen disease and genital sores will erupt. All diseases will be fully present. One will be seized by water spirits, Together with lineage, livestock, and relatives, The enemy will be transformed immediately. Apart from one who holds secret mantras, Who else is capable? Take the hair and the earth where the feet are, Take that enemy. Having made an image of him, Together with poison and life-threatening things, Burn and offer them in a thorn fire, The enemy will be quickly destroyed. The ashes of the enemy's bones, Thoroughly mixed with poison and self-arisen excrement, Having made an image of the enemy, If burned in a neem wood fire, With an incurable disease, That person will fall immediately. Apart from one who holds secret mantras, Who else is capable of healing? Neem, poison, and three hot things, And the fruits of the datura, Having made these into one, One should make an image.
