This is the path of ritual, There is no other in the world. All attain the state of mastery, All fears are completely abandoned. By holding the mudra, All sentient beings will gain power. The nature of the Wrathful One in the world, Is extensively explained, listen here. Merely by binding, One attains an inconceivable state. Whatever fierce beings in the world, Gods, nagas, yakshas, and, Feces-eating rakshasas, humans, or non-humans, Bhutas, demons, flesh-eaters, and, Whatever other obstructing spirits lead astray, For the sake of subduing them, Learn to hold the Wrathful One. In the three places, in all the places, Apply well to abide in samadhi, Then they will surely be destroyed or, There is no doubt that they will die. In each place where vows are given, With flowers on the crown of the head, join palms, After offering to all the Buddhas, Prostrate again and again. Then, having settled in samadhi, Bind with the worldly mudra. Having lifted one foot, Lower the gaze of the untamed. Settle with wrath, Cast the gaze under the foot. Raise the right hand, Place the left hand properly on the heart. Settle with feet spread apart, From the body, the syllable (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,吽,seed syllable)blazes with light. Steady and unsteady obstacles or others, Press down and abide properly. By pressing down with the foot, The gods and asuras are shaken. The three realms are also shaken, And terribly burned. When all is burned up, Revolve around near him. Oneself, like a wrathful one, Holding the mudra of the noose, Bind with the mudra of the noose. Those who dwell in all ten directions, Bind them with that mudra of the noose, And cause them great suffering. Proclaim "Haha" and terrify greatly, Some will be destroyed and turned to ashes. Possessing the nature of the Great Bliss-Gone One, All those pleasing words. Greatly fortunate ones, please bestow instructions, We will act according to your command. Since I am not as you wish, I will not break your command. Then the vows of those, Were spoken by the Great Bliss-Gone One. The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha also, You should keep in mind. With all that has been commanded, You should also protect the teachings. The great master of mantras, བ
