English
First, take refuge in the Three Refuges before the three objects of refuge. May all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas heed me. I, named so-and-so, from this time forth, until I reach the essence of enlightenment, take refuge in the Buddha, the Bhagavan. I take refuge in the Dharma-kaya of the Tathagata, peaceful, unsurpassed, self-realized wisdom. I take refuge in the Sangha of the great Bodhisattvas of the four directions, the noble ones who are irreversible. Do this twice, do this three times. Then, the self-offering: May all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas heed me. I, named so-and-so, from this time forth, until I reach the essence of enlightenment, I offer myself entirely to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas at all times. For the sake of the compassion of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas towards me, please accept me. Do this twice, do this three times. Then, bind the mudra of the vow and recite the secret mantra: namaḥ samanta buddhānāṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：नमः समन्त बुद्धानां，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ samanta buddhānāṃ，汉语字面意思：Homage to all Buddhas). asame trisame samaye svāhā (藏文，梵文天城体：असमे त्रिसमे समये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：asame trisame samaye svāhā，汉语字面意思：Unequal, three equal, equal, svāhā). I, named so-and-so, from this time forth, until I reach the essence of enlightenment, free from all things, completely abandoning the five aggregates, the eighteen elements, the twelve sense bases, the apprehended and the apprehender, because of the equality of selflessness of all dharmas, my own mind is unborn from the beginning, just as the Buddhas, the Bhagavad, and the Bodhisattvas generate the mind of enlightenment in the nature of emptiness, so too do I generate the mind of enlightenment. Do this twice, do this three times. Then, bind the fulfilling mudra on the crown of the head, and visualize clouds of incense, flowers, and so forth filling all the retinues of the Tathagatas, and recite this queen of vidya-mantras three times. namaḥ sa
