Also, offer auspicious white fragrant flowers such as Sna flowers, jasmine flowers, and yucca flowers. For the peaceful ritual, the incense is: offer camphor, sandalwood, or Shiva Saka. The food offered to the gods is also white food such as yogurt and rice. The butter lamp is also poured into a white container and offered. In white containers such as conch shells, pour water mixed with sandalwood, camphor, and white flowers, and offer it as offering water. After making the offerings as described above, then come out and bless yourself as Avalokiteshvara, and outside, give directional offerings: accompanied by rice and barley, accompanied by sesame seeds. Accompanied by water and rice. Accompanied by flowers and bean rice. Accompanied by saffron and many fried pastries. Such a Torma is taken by the Acharya with his hands and happily scattered in all directions, and incense and offering water are also offered. First, in the direction of the powerful one, offer to the bowman and his entourage. Then also in the direction of Indra, the wise one offers to Indra himself. Then the fearless mantra practitioner offers in the direction of fire. Then the fearless mantra practitioner offers in the direction of Yama. In the direction of mantra knowledge and emptiness, offer to the emptiness and its entourage. In the direction of the water god, to the Nagas, fearlessly recite secret mantras and offer. After offering to the owner, go in the direction of the wind. The mantra knower goes there and, to the wind god and his entourage, recites his own name and offers the Torma with his own mantra. Go to the north direction, with a very happy heart, wanting to obtain his own achievements, offer Torma to the Yakshas. Offer to the Rakshasas and flesh-eaters, as well as flesh-eating beings, and all kinds of sentient beings, the wise one scatters Torma in all directions. The sentient beings in that place, living in trees and bushes, whatever comes to mind, give them that Torma. The mantras for the directional Tormas are: In the direction of the powerful one: རུ་དྲཱ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) In the direction of Indra: ཤ་ཀྲཱ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) In the direction of fire: ཨགྣ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) Yama

To the direction of Je. Vaiva Svaha. To the direction of truthlessness. Raksha Sadhipataye Svaha. To the direction of the water deity. Megha Shana Ye Svaha. To the direction of the wind. Vaya Be Svaha. To the direction of Kubera. Yaksha Vidyadhari Svaha. Kram Kiri Svaha. To the ogres. Mici Mici Svaha. To the flesh-eaters. Gui Gui Svaha. To the elementals. Thus, having scattered the torma everywhere, wash the hands and touch them. Then, enter inside and prostrate to all the Buddhas. All the substances to be burned, whatever little there is, purify them with Arya Achala and place them on the right side. On the left side, place two vessels for offering water, filled with Kusha grass and incense mixed with water. One is recited by Arya Achala. The other is recited with blessings by Vajra Dampa. In the surroundings of the fire pit, spread Kusha grass in a circular manner. Also, on the ground where I will sit comfortably, spread Kusha grass in a circular manner as a cushion. Udumbara wood, Ashvattha ladles, pouring ladles, and melted butter are also placed in front. Then, smear the fire pit with sandalwood, and scatter white, fragrant flower petals. Take fire from a Brahmin's house, and perform purification and offering with the King of Wrathful Ones. Ignite the fire with a bellows using Plaksha wood and Udumbara wood. There, sit facing the north. Smear both hands with scented ointment, and bind the samaya mudras and so on. Bless oneself with mudras and mantras, just as the body of the Great Vairocana resides in the water mandala. Then, at the base of the fire pit, contemplate the water mandala. In the center of the water, as before, place the letters, and from that, visualize the fire deity transformed into the form of fire, resembling a conch, a Kunda flower, and the color of the moon, with disheveled hair, three eyes, four arms, holding a rosary, a ladle filled with sesame seeds, a staff, and the gesture of fearlessness and giving, wearing white clothes, with a white thread worn diagonally, marked with the three-pointed pattern of the heart, marked with letter patterns, emitting white flames, and possessing the nature of wisdom. Contemplate such a fire deity, and praise Arya Achala.
