Oṃ imaṃ gagana khaṃ svāhā. Reciting this three times will cause all that is thought of to occur without obstruction. Then, on the day of the full moon, that person should begin the practice. On a mountaintop, in a cow shed, at a river confluence, or in a cemetery, at a crossroads, under a single tree, at a mother goddess's place, or in a quiet place, with this mandala that intoxicates all obstacles, respectfully practice. The mandala should be square, flat, with one door and a wall. Everything should be painted yellow. After drawing the best vajra mandala, connect the vajras in an interlocking manner. At the door, draw two gatekeepers, the Untamable and the Manifest. Draw them with red eyes, full of anger, making angry and threatening gestures. The tips of the trident, in all directions, should be carefully drawn. In the center, draw a pleasing vajra seat, with its face looking in all directions. Above it, draw a large lotus, with eight petals and stamens. After prostrating to all the Victors, pray for swift accomplishment. Binding the vajra mudra of the wise Vajrapani, stay there protected. Taking the purified substance, with inner purity, recite the ashes of one name. There, at midnight, or at sunrise, when that substance is completely transformed, like the splendor of one with a radiant halo. If the mantra practitioner takes it himself, he will be able to walk in the sky. He will live for an eon and have great splendor. If that prince wants to die, he can die. He can also go to other realms. The chief one holds various forms, and by practicing the mantra arising from the substance, he makes excellent auspicious offerings. This is described as the undying accomplishment of the substance. The lord of secrets, taking this as a reason for observation, even knowing that the observation of the Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas, and those who have attained the perfection of skillful means, who reside in all realms, is empty in nature, still, by the power of the perfection of skillful means, posits the uncompounded as a designation, and dwells happily in the Dharma seen in the manner of complete transformation.
