Because of holding the vajra, by merely reciting this mantra, even mountains and the like that cannot be moved can be made to move. Then, the Bhagavan taught the ritual of the method of accomplishment: Starting from the first day of the white fortnight, recite eight thousand times until the eighth day. Then it will be accomplished. After accomplishment, all actions can be performed. By burning gugul incense, one can easily summon. All these are explanations for external paths. If someone is truly riding on the back of a great vehicle elephant, what fear do they have? Therefore, by invoking the mantra and mudra of Vajra Gandhari, subduing the three realms, tightly clasping the middle fingers together, pointing the little fingers downwards, and forming the mudra of a jewel, this is the oath given by the Bhagavan. Then, when it becomes the root mudra: Vajra palms tightly clasped, the palms opened upwards. The middle fingers are joined at the tips. The faces of the ring fingers should be well joined. The two thumbs are joined together. Placed on top of the tips. This is the root mudra of the Bhagavan. That is the mudra of the lotus seat with the thumbs crossed. That is the gesture of complete release, the mudra of release. Then, the Bodhisattva Vajrapani said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, however, by what means can beings be brought under control? Then, the Bhagavan

快乐(a ho su kha,अहो सुख,aho sukha,啊!

Paranirmita said to Vajrapani: Vajrapani, with this samadhi mantra of Vajra Hum (dorje hūṃ, वज्र हूँ, vajra hūṃ, Diamond Hum), without visualizing the Bhagavati, place her on both thighs and embrace her tightly, holding the root of her face with your lips. Place the vajra seed in her bhaga, and then the goddess will say: Ah! Sukha (a ho su kha, अहो सुख, aho sukha, Ah! Happiness). In this way, through the act of union, the goddess is accomplished, and then all actions are performed. If you make burnt offerings with sandalwood soaked in ghee, the gods such as Brahma will be controlled. Once controlled, they will also say: What should I do? Please give me orders. All of this can be done in one night. Then, if you want to control people, bless a small amount of white mustard seed with samadhi, and strike a Brahmin with it, and he will be controlled. The same ritual applies to the Kshatriya caste. Bless Emblica with the same samadhi, and if you give it to the Vaishya caste, he will be controlled. Bless salt with the same samadhi, and if you give it to the Shudra caste, he will be controlled. In this order, giving it to women who are compatible with the caste will also control them. In the same way, bless the ashes from the cemetery, and whoever's house it is placed in will die. With the same samadhi, whoever you look at with a fierce gaze will die. Whoever you look at with an angry gaze will be driven away. All the gods and bodhisattvas such as Vajrapani, and even someone like me, will be driven away. Then, the great bodhisattva Vajrapani said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, in this way, this great king of union can even drive away the Buddhas, let alone others! Then, the Bhagavan said to Vajrapani: Vajrapani, through this method of the Mahayana, whatever you practice even a little will surely be accomplished without difficulty. Then, the great bodhisattva Vajrapani said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, what is the order of recitation? With what should one recite a thousand times?

Reciting this (mantra) will bring accomplishment. The Bhagavan Mahavairocana said to Vajrapani: Vajrapani, I have explained the number of recitations and days for those who follow the Sravaka vehicle. Those who follow the Sravaka vehicle with faith will not attain Buddhahood in many lifetimes. Even if they do attain it, they will gain the enjoyment of kings, etc., in this life. Those who truly ride the great vehicle, even in just one day, can attain Buddhahood in this way. What need is there to mention gaining other accomplishments in many days? Vajrapani, just as riding vehicles such as elephants and excellent horses is never in vain, and one reaches the desired destination, so too, those who correctly follow the teachings of the Great Vehicle and are fully endowed (with it), wherever they go, will be recognized as Vairocana, Vajradhara, or another (Buddha). Vajrapani, therefore, those who abide in the way of the Great Vehicle will not have even the slightest discrimination. Therefore, all dharmas should be regarded as non-discriminatory. Therefore, Vajrapani, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva is the lord of all goddesses. One should meditate in this way. Vajrapani, likewise, the special feature of the Vajra meditation of all goddesses, through which all actions are accomplished and Buddhahood is attained, I will explain again. Vajrapani, listen! When an angry mantra practitioner acts slightly, in this way, entering the lotus of the Bhagavati Vajragandhari, through subtle union, making the eight channels one, one should visualize dripping from one channel. If the mantra practitioner wants to control, he should visualize it as red. From that red melting, he should visualize himself as the form of Vajra Hum. That form of Vajra Hum can control all beings and can walk without obstruction. If one wants to kill, one should visualize the color of that channel as like black charcoal, and the red
