From the support, those that became milk drops with rays, then from the garland of rays, completely extract all the bodies of the Tathagatas, from those bodies of the Tathagatas, extract the intertwined garland of rays, the Vajra form and the Wrathful form. Then afterwards, one should rely on the secret itself. Then, the great Bodhisattva Vajrapani asked the Bhagavan, the one without beginning or end, thus: In what way should I accomplish those goddesses? The Bhagavan said: Some sentient beings have faith, those who want to accomplish me with one-pointed mind, but those who do not know the union and do not have the ability, therefore, even if those people's lives are exhausted, the compassionate heart of the goddesses will not arise, and they will not brighten the mind, therefore, Vajrapani, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva should know the union. Therefore, Vajrapani, being fully endowed with all mudras and mantras, how many days of certainty will it take to accomplish? 祈请您让我成为所有真言的主宰。然后，世尊大遍照如来对金刚手说：金刚手，因此，持咒者应该首先成就其他的悉地。成就了那个，就能做一切事业。应该成就驱逐、杀害、支配、僵直、勾招等等。如果连佛陀本身的悉地等等都能成就，那又何必说其他的悉地呢？然后，大菩萨金刚手对世尊说：世尊，最初应该成就什么呢？是成就明妃呢？还是成就支配等等呢？或者成就宝剑等等呢？世尊，因此，请您告诉我最初应该成就什么悉地。然后，世尊，一切如来的主宰大遍照如来对大菩萨金刚手说：善哉，金刚手，善哉善哉！因此，金刚手，首先应该成就明妃，因为她将给予众生秘密。然后，金刚手对世尊说：世尊，应该以什么样的形式来成就那位天女，请您告诉我。然后，世尊告诉金刚手：金刚手，从其他的形式中，你应当忍受我所说的任何一种形式的成就。然后，金刚手对世尊说：世尊，我应该忍受哪一种其他的形式呢？然后，世尊告诉金刚手：金刚手，有一些众生像金巴果的果实一样，外表完美，内部却有污垢，味道消失，完全腐烂，能够导致死亡等等。对于那些仅仅因为听到外在的秘密而感到高兴，但在内心深处却缺乏信心，并且对声闻乘非常清楚的众生，不应该对他们宣说这个续部。金刚手，因此，天女……

Please grant that I may become the master of all mantras. Then, the Bhagavan, the Great Vairocana, said to Vajrapani: Vajrapani, therefore, the mantra practitioner should first accomplish other siddhis. Having accomplished that, one can perform all actions. One should accomplish expulsion, killing, subjugation, stiffening, attraction, and so forth. If even the siddhis of the Buddha himself and so forth can be accomplished, then what need is there to mention other siddhis? Then, the great Bodhisattva Vajrapani said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, what should be accomplished first? Should I accomplish the vidya queen? Or should I accomplish subjugation and so forth? Or should I accomplish the sword and so forth? Bhagavan, therefore, please tell me what siddhi should be accomplished first. Then, the Bhagavan, the master of all Tathagatas, the Great Vairocana, said to the great Bodhisattva Vajrapani, granting his approval: Well done, Vajrapani, well done, well done! Therefore, Vajrapani, the vidya queen should be accomplished first, for she will bestow secrets upon sentient beings. Then, Vajrapani said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, in what form should I accomplish that goddess, please tell me. Then, the Bhagavan said to Vajrapani: Vajrapani, from other forms, you should endure the accomplishment of any form that I speak of. Then, Vajrapani said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, what other form should I endure? Then, the Bhagavan said to Vajrapani: Vajrapani, there are sentient beings like the kimpa fruit, whose outer appearance is perfect, but whose inner parts are foul, whose taste has disappeared, and who are completely rotten, capable of causing death and so forth. This tantra should not be taught to those sentient beings who are delighted merely by hearing external secrets, but who lack faith when examined internally, and who are very clear about the Hearer Vehicle. 应当以各自的手印和真言来以令欢喜的行持来成办这些。此后，大菩萨金刚手向薄伽梵请问说：薄伽梵，以何种方式才能知晓令欢喜的秘密真言？此后，薄伽梵一切如来之主大遍照金刚手说：金刚手，这并非以令欢喜的秘密真言，金刚手，应当以行持的力量来成办这些。金刚手，谛听！以何种方式能成就具明妃之诸天，成就之后能赐予佛果，我将依次为你宣说。此后，大菩萨金刚手向薄伽梵请问说：薄伽梵，请您开示，以何种方式这些明妃能赐予佛果？此后，薄伽梵一切如来之主向金刚手开示说：金刚手，以何种方式能成就这些明妃，以及以何种秘密的真实性能使这些明妃得以圆满成就，我将宣说，谛听！此后，薄伽梵大遍照金刚手说：金刚手，谛听！咒师应当修持与自己相应的明妃，以自己的手印和真言的行持，召唤明妃并置于面前。然后，自己按照先前所说的次第观想为金刚萨埵之身，并以金刚萨埵之身令明妃欢喜。然后，令其欢喜，必定会赐予悉地。此后，大菩萨金刚手向薄伽梵请问说：薄伽梵，以何种方式才能令其欢喜？此后，薄伽梵大遍照金刚手向金刚手开示说：金刚手，以金刚萨埵之身，以金刚来亲近明妃的秘密莲花之处。亲近之后便会获得安乐，然后明妃便会欢喜并赐予殊胜之物。这就像女人喜欢自己的丈夫一样。

These should be accomplished through practices that please them, using their respective mudras and mantras. Then, the great Bodhisattva Vajrapani asked the Bhagavan: "Bhagavan, how can one know the secret mantras that please them?" Then, the Bhagavan, the lord of all Tathagatas, the great Vairocana, said to Vajrapani: "Vajrapani, it is not through secret mantras that please them. Vajrapani, these should be accomplished through the power of practice. Vajrapani, listen! I will explain to you in order how the deities, together with their vidya goddesses, are accomplished, and after being accomplished, grant Buddhahood." Then, the great Bodhisattva Vajrapani asked the Bhagavan: "Bhagavan, please explain how these goddesses grant Buddhahood." Then, the Bhagavan, the lord of all Tathagatas, instructed Vajrapani: "Vajrapani, I will explain how these goddesses are accomplished, and through what secret truth these goddesses will be perfectly accomplished. Listen!" Then, the Bhagavan, the great Vairocana, said to Vajrapani: "Vajrapani, listen! The mantra practitioner should practice whichever goddess is appropriate for him. Through the practice of his own mudra and mantra, he should summon the goddess and place her in front of him. Then, he should meditate on himself as the body of Vajrasattva, according to the order previously explained, and with that body of Vajrasattva, he should please the goddess. Then, having pleased her, she will surely grant siddhis. Then, the great Bodhisattva Vajrapani asked the Bhagavan: "Bhagavan, how can one please her?" Then, the Bhagavan, the great Vairocana, instructed Vajrapani: "Vajrapani, with the body of Vajrasattva, one should approach the secret lotus of the goddess with the vajra itself. By approaching, one will attain bliss, and then the goddess will rejoice and grant the supreme. It is just as a woman delights in her own husband."
