Just as it brings joy to all the earth, so too is the lotus of the bhaga. Or, just as the lotus is born from mud but is not stained by it, so too, one born from the bhaga is not stained by the faults of sin, and thus it is called a lotus. Then, the union of the vajra and the lotus will become an immeasurable Buddha, beyond hundreds of thousands of millions. Therefore, this teacher is said to be a Buddha. Or, if some mantra practitioners cannot meditate on themselves in the center of the bhaga, then by contemplating those roots as red, white, yellow, and blue, endowed with dripping, then the accomplishment of all actions will be obtained as appropriate. Or, if that is also not possible, then by one's own nature, those women should be contemplated as the form of one's own vidyā. By having those women drink and letting them drink one's own semen, then one will definitely become a Buddha. Vajrapani, therefore, abandoning the secret union, one will not become a Buddha by other means. Vajrapani, therefore, by one's own samādhi, by the union of this very method, all the vidyā devīs should also be accomplished, and there should be no doubt about this. Or, Vajrapani, if one does not find one's own good woman, then one should completely seize another woman and do things like drinking semen, and then it will be accomplished. Or, one should serve a prostitute of the country in this way. If that is also not found, then one should contemplate the vidyā devī in one's own heart, and by serving, if the semen of that mantra practitioner melts when contemplating her, then one should know that accomplishment has been obtained. If the semen becomes firm, then that person should also know that accomplishment has been achieved. This teaching should not be spoken to those with external views, otherwise it will become very confused. The supremely secret treasury, the great king of illusion, the extensive explanation of the ritual of the goddess tantra is complete. Then, the Bhagavan Great Vairocana, the lord of all the Tathāgatas, the father of all the Tathāgatas, the one relied upon by all the Tathāgatas, the one who fulfills all hopes, the one who benefits all sentient beings.

The creator of all Tathagatas, having placed the hearts of all the Tathagatas residing in the ten directions and having placed them, became one, and proclaimed the mandala called "Victorious over the Three Realms." That mandala is square, with four doors, adorned with eight pillars, beautified with nets and half-nets, decorated with moons and half-moons, adorned with silk banners and bouquets of flowers, the four doors possessing four mandalas, beautified with dust colors of gold and the like, the outer part to be painted with a mandala having four doors and adorned with its own form. In its center, immovable ones and the like should be established. In the four mandalas, the Tathagatas and the gatekeepers at the four doors should be well established. Those vidya goddesses should be completely placed in the corners of the mandala. In the outer mandala, sixteen Bodhisattvas and Vajra Flower Mother and the like should be placed at the boundary of the outer mandala. Then, the great Bodhisattva Vajrapani, relying on the lunar mandala in front of the Blessed One, prayed to the Blessed One: Blessed One, it is known as "Victorious over the Three Realms," why is it called the Three Realms? Then again, the Blessed One, the Lord of all the Tathagatas, spoke thus to Vajrapani: Vajrapani, the so-called Three Realms refers to the heavens, the human realm, and those who dwell beneath the feet. Among these, for those wicked sentient beings who do not take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, in order to subdue and conquer them, this mandala is not merely a name. Then, Vajrapani asked the Blessed One: Blessed One, in what way will they be subdued? Then, the Blessed One, the Great Vairocana, placed all those Tathagatas, the gatekeepers, the goddesses, and those who abide within the outer mandala into his own heart, and having placed them

Having also made the earth into one, he dwells upon the lunar mandala, having the form of the five Buddha crowns, adorned with all ornaments, for the purpose of experiencing all bliss and delight, and for the purpose of purifying all afflictions, the lunar mandala dwelling upon the lunar mandala is completely without stain, and it is declared to pervade all directions of the earth. Then, the great Bodhisattva Vajrapani again asked the Blessed One, saying: Blessed One, by whom was this lunar mandala emanated? Then, the Blessed One said to Vajrapani: Vajrapani, listen! It was not made by anyone, nor was it emanated by anyone. Vajrapani, first, for a while, the mind must be separately understood, this is the meaning of meditating in the manner of emptiness. Then, one should contemplate the lunar mandala, which is equal to space, arising from the letter A. Just as space exists in a constant manner, so too is this lunar mandala. Therein, the vowel letters, such as A, are established as having no form. Again, the consonant letters, such as Ka, are established as having the form of nectar. Having completely transformed all of these, one should view them as emptiness. Then, the mind will become separately understood. Then, the Blessed One again said to Vajrapani, the second Bodhi Moon: Vajrapani, the second Bodhi Moon is extremely without stain and steals away all discriminations. Because it steals away all discriminations without remainder, it is the stealer of all discriminations, it is the supreme and unsurpassed meaning. Vajrapani, therefore it is called Bodhi Moon. By obtaining it, all sentient beings will become unsurpassed, perfectly complete Buddhas. That moon has letters such as Ka, and is endowed with the qualities of the Buddha. Then, the great Bodhisattva Vajrapani asked the Blessed One, saying: Blessed One, what is the nature of those letters? In what manner are they endowed with the qualities of the Buddha? Then, the Blessed One, the Great Vairocana, said to Vajrapani: Vajrapani, listen! Ka, etc.
