Thus spoke the Vajra Voice of the Lord of Power. Having meditated wrathfully on the tip of the tongue, The supreme essence of the goddess, Having emanated in the form of an iron hook, The mudra and the response to the mudra, Having placed them in the wind, in an instant, All the bloods are to be drawn in. By the method of raining down, It is to be brought down into one's own mouth. Having drunk that, one knows the mantra, And will become a master, a Vajradhara. Possessing the splendor of acting in all the sky, One will become like the light of the sun. By this very yoga, Milk, yogurt, and good butter, Butter broth, water, and all flowers, Are to be drawn in by the wind. Having bound the throat with a noose, With an iron hook from the heart, Having lifted them up from everywhere with the wind, That goddess, like a yaksha woman, That human woman, like an asura woman, By reciting only eight hundred times, One draws them in as the form of a woman. By interchanging the names of the object to be accomplished and the accomplisher, Like a pillar, a wall, so too a house, And also on bells and vases, Of the essence of the goddess, By reciting a hundred times, they will descend. The supreme Prajnaparamita Mother, Truly endowed with wrath, Having illuminated with the illuminator, All actions are to be accomplished. The corpse in the charnel ground, not decayed, Having gathered it on the eighth of the waning moon, Having faced it to the north and placed it, Having placed it equally on top of that, Having recited the secret mantra well, Whatever excellent substances are available, Cow bezoar, eye medicine, stone, water, and, Wolfsbane and repeated alkali, White mustard, charcoal, and, Saffron and benzoin, Rue, sweet flag, camphor, and, Sandalwood and agarwood, Meat and blood, and also, Likewise, a finger ring, Having been placed by one endowed with yoga, Having sat on top of that and recited, Having taken it when the sun has risen, One will become a holder of the knowledge of accomplishment. By the inferior, the accomplishment is inferior, By the superior, the superior is clearly shown, By the intermediate, it is to be known as intermediate. Without a sign, one gains control. Thus it is.

By writing with complete display, even the unmastered becomes mastered, just like the command of Vajrasattva. When writing a name with (urine), it is the supreme method for gaining control. Charcoal is used to completely summon, and milk is used to destroy poison. With red lead, in that very instant, there is no doubt that one will become mad. Fumigating with Ruta and Agarwood, it is the supreme method for gaining control. Charcoal is used to completely summon, and it can definitely summon Yaksha women. Fumigating with flesh and blood, it is the supreme method for summoning Rakshasa women. Fumigating with Ceylon sandalwood, it is the supreme method for summoning gods. Fumigating with camphor and sandalwood, one can invite the supreme Buddha. Whoever eats camphor, others will also be controlled by them. The four letters of the Great Vidya Queen, with the yoga of equipoise, at the time of strife and union, one can definitely accomplish killing. Whatever is commanded by the one who observes celibacy, with that command, it can be accomplished quickly. Let the maidservant carry the burden on her shoulder, and she can also deliver it to the top of Mount Sumeru. Having taken the supreme substance of accomplishment, the fierce one's (dagsha, Devanagari: dagsha, IAST: dagsha, literal meaning: Daksha) on the sun's, the king's night, take charcoal. With the flower essence of the fierce mother, after observing with good celibacy, place it inside a lotus. That very night or three nights, take it out from there and combine it, the wise one melts it with ghee. Thereafter, whether it is a god or an accomplished one, or even praised by the Buddha, the shadow of the accomplished mantra, one will be able to see it without eating demons. One can make the beings who come and go, even those who have not gained mastery, become free. Write the name with one's own blood, and fill it with that very tsampa. Until it is not dry, that person will come. With whatever of the gods, after writing the names in this order, recite with the wrathful one. With this, one can achieve it in that very instant. By acting according to that command, naturally that will become free. For those who harm the Three Jewels, for the sake of killing them with mantra, a burning garland, the light of the earth shaking, the four-faced one is extremely terrifying, possessing a lasso, iron hook, and skull cup, quickly contemplate oneself. With secret mantra and union, after writing the name with charcoal,
