Establishment, in the ultimate sense, is separate from conceptual constructs. Because there is only one conceptual construct, it is like this: there is no conceptual construct. Om, Sarva, Jyabasthana, Bigatay, Hum. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦྦ་བྱ་བསྠཱ་ན་བི་ག་ཏེ་ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व व्यवस्थाना विगते हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva vyavasthāna vigate hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, All, Establishment, Gone, Hum.) This is called the Prajnaparamita of No Conceptual Construct. What are the ten powers of Bodhisattvas? Power over life, power over karma, power over resources, power over aspiration, power over vows, power over miracles, power over birth, power over strength, power over dharma, and power over mind. All powers, in the ultimate sense, are without power, their nature completely isolated. In the conventional sense, they have obtained power over all powers, because of the perfect individual understanding of the Dharma. Om, Sarva, Avasite, Trang, Bhrum, Hum. (Tibetan: ༀ་སརྦཱ་བ་ཤི་ཏེ་ཏྲཱྃ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्वा वशिते त्रों भ्रों हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarvā vaśite troṃ bhroṃ hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, All, Subjugated, Trang, Bhrum, Hum.) This is called the Prajnaparamita of All Powers. What are the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha? The Tathagata has no confusion, no clamor, no loss of mindfulness, no lack of equanimity, no perception of difference, no unexamined equanimity, no diminished desire, no diminished diligence, no diminished mindfulness, no diminished samadhi, no diminished wisdom, no diminished liberation, and no diminished knowledge and vision of liberation. In the past, there is the activity of unobstructed wisdom vision without attachment. In the future, there is the activity of unobstructed wisdom vision without attachment. In the present, there is the activity of unobstructed wisdom vision without attachment. All bodily activities are preceded by wisdom and follow wisdom. All speech activities are preceded by wisdom and follow wisdom. All mind activities are preceded by wisdom and follow wisdom. All Tathagatas abide perfectly in equality in all places, at all times, and in all moments, because of the true realization of emptiness, therefore wisdom is completely pure. Om, Avenika, Buddha, Dharma, Samate, Ah, Bira, Hum, Kham. This is called Unshared Equality.
