A vajra mudra resides in the heart, Meditate that you are called Earth Essence. Through yoga with your own chosen deity, Recite your own secret mantra. Having meditated that you are called Earth Essence, This supreme blissful mantra syllable: Om Ksi Ha Ra Dza Svaha.
