་དག་དང་། །ཁྲོ་བོ་རྣམས་དང་མངག་པ་དང་། །དེ་བཞིན་ཕོ་ཉ་ཕོ་ཉ་མ། ། རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཡི་ནི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ནི། །འོད་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གསལ་བའོ། །ཕྱི་རུ་ཕྱི་རོལ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་མིང་། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ་ནི་འབད་པས་བྲི། །དབང་ལྡན་ཕྱོགས་ནས་བརྩམས་ནས་སུ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་སྐྱོང་བ་བརྒྱད་པོ་བྲི། །ཚངས་པ་ཁྱབ་འཇུག་དབང་ཆེན་མིང་། །དབང་པོ་ལ་སོགས་ལྷ་ཐམས་ཅད། །མ་མོ་ཀུན་དང་སྲིང་མོ་རྣམས། །རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་བཞི་དང་ཀླུ། །དེ་བཞིན་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། །བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཆེན་པོ་ནམ་མཁའ་ལྡིང་། །འབད་པ་ཡིས་ནི་བྲི་བར་བྱ། །དེ་ལྟའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བྲིས་ནས་སུ། །ཁྱད་པར་དུ་ནི་མཆོད་པར་བྱ། ། མེ་ཏོག་བདུག་སྤོས་རོལ་མོ་སོགས། །དེ་བཞིན་བཟའ་དང་སྟོན་མོ་སོགས། །ཕྲེང་བའི་རྒྱན་ནི་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས། །དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་རྣམས་མཆོད་པར་བྱ། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཀུན་གྱི་ཆོ་ག་ཡིས། །མཆོད་པ་ཀུན་གྱིས་ཐམས་ཅད་ནས། །འཁོར་ལོ་ཀུན་གྱི་ཆོ་ག་ཡིས། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་མཆོད་པར་བྱ། །དེ་ནས་སློབ་མ་ཐམས་ཅད་གཞུག །ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པ་ཁྱད་པར་དུ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་བསྐྱེད་ནས་སུ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་བསླབ་པ་རྗེས་སྤྱོད་པ། །ཆོ་ག་ཤེས་པའི་སྔགས་པས་གཞུག །འདྲེན་པ་རྣམས་ལ་མཆོད་དུ་གཞུག །རྡོ་རྗེའི་དབང་བསྐུར་སྦྱོར་བ་ཡིས། །དབང་བསྐུར་བ་ནི་དེ་ནས་སྦྱིན། །སེང་གེའི་ཁྲི་ཡི་སྟེང་དུ་ནི། །དར་དང་མེ་ཏོག་ཆུན་པོས་སྤྲས། །དཀར་པོའི་གདུགས་དང་རིན་ཆེན་ཆེ། །བླ་རེ་རྒྱ་ཆེ་འབར་བ་དང་། །དེ་ཡི་གཡས་ཀྱི་དྲུང་དུ་ནི། །མཁས་པ་ཡིས་ནི་གཞག་པར་བྱ། །བ་དན་རྣམ་པ་ སྣ་ཚོགས་དང་། །སྣ་ཚོགས་རས་ཀྱིས་རབ་མཆོད་པ། །གཡོན་གྱི་དྲུང་དུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ནས། །འབད་པ་ཡིས་ནི་གཞག་པར་བྱ། །རིན་ཆེན་སྨན་ཀུན་གྱིས་གང་བའི། །བུམ་པ་ལེགས་པར་གཞག་བྱས་ཏེ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་མིང་གི་དབང་བསྐུར་གྱིས། །དེ་ལ་རང་གིས་དབང་བསྐུར་བྱ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་མིང་གིས་དབང་བསྐུར་བ། །མཁས་པ་ཡིས་ནི་སླར་ཡང་བྱ། །ཀུན་གྱི་ཅོད་པན་དབང་བསྐུར་གྱིས། །ཡང་དང་ཡང་དུ་དབང་བསྐུར་བྱ། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་ཅོད་པན་དབང་བསྐུར་དང་། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་གྱི་སྐྱོབ་པ་ནི། །སྣ་ཚོགས་ལས་ཀྱི་དབང་བསྐུར་སྦྱིན། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་དང་མཉམ་མཚུངས་པའོ། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ཡི་དབང་བསྐུར་བ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་གྱི་སྒྲོན་མ་སྦྱིན། །དེ་ལྟར་སློབ་མ་དབང་བསྐུར་བ། །ཁྱད་པར་དུ་ནི་སྔགས་པས་བྱ། །དེ་ལ་དམ་ཚིག་ཆོ་ག་ཡིས། །སྔགས་དང་ཕྱག་རྒྱས་སྦྱར་བར་བྱ། །སློབ་དཔོན་བརྙས་པར་མི་བྱ་ཞིང་

And the wrathful deities and messengers, as well as female and male messengers. The mandala of the ocean is a radiant mandala. On the outside, write the names of the Vajras, diligently writing on the mandala. Starting from the direction of the powerful one, write the eight world guardians. Write the names of Brahma, Vishnu, Maheshvara, and all the gods such as Indra. All the mothers and sisters, the four great kings and the nagas. Likewise, write all the gods, and the greatly diligent Garuda. Write diligently. After drawing the mandala in this way, make offerings especially. Flowers, incense, music, etc., as well as food and feasts, etc. Adorn with various garlands, make offerings to the Tathagatas. With the rituals of all mandalas, from all aspects with all offerings. With the rituals of all wheels, make offerings to all Buddhas. Then seat all the disciples, especially completely purified. After generating Bodhicitta, follow the Bodhisattva's precepts. Let the mantra practitioner who knows the rituals be seated, let the guides be seated to receive offerings. With the union of Vajra empowerment, grant empowerment from there. On the lion throne, adorned with silk and flower bouquets. A white umbrella and precious jewels, and a wide, blazing banner. On the right side of that, let the wise one place.
