Oṃ ratna guhya abhiṣiñca trāṃ! Oṃ padma guhya abhiṣiñca hrīḥ! Oṃ karma guhya abhiṣiñca aḥ! Oṃ prajñopāya samayoga abhiṣiñca hūṃ aḥ! Having thus conferred the empowerment, this knowledge of increasing life is bestowed. Oṃ bhrūṃ vajra āyuṣe hūṃ aḥ! The practice for this is as follows: The Bhagavan Vajra Amitāyus, radiant with moonlight, residing in the center of the moon, adorned with all ornaments. The two hands make the gestures of fearlessness and supreme generosity, from which nectar drips, should be painted. Below that, the practitioner should be painted with hands folded in prayer, stretched out, face upwards, gazing at the Bhagavan, and offerings should be made with the five kinds of offerings, and a hundred thousand recitations should be done in front of it. Then, on the full moon day, a great offering should be made, and red-yellow butter should be put into a new vessel and pressed down with the left hand's vajra. One should intensely contemplate the Bhagavan and continuously recite his name. Then, one will smell a fragrance, and even a fragrance that has never been experienced before will arise. Warmth, smoke, and fire will also appear. A radiant light will shine forth, and if these and other signs appear, then that butter, or new butter, or sesame oil, or water, or milk, or yogurt, or beer, or blood, or fat, or brains, or meat, whatever it may be, should be diligently practiced with, and the next morning, after doing the guarding and so on as before, having purified oneself, one should drink or eat it. If the signs appear as described, then one's life will last as long as the sun and moon, and even as long as Vajrasattva. At the very least, one will attain ordinary siddhis, there is no doubt about this. Even if the signs do not appear, one will still be free from disease, possess a docile mind, be free from white hair and wrinkles, have a stable body, and live to be a hundred years old. Furthermore, just by reciting the mantra, the activities of pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and so on will be accomplished without the need for examination, there is no doubt about it. Then, the four great kings prostrated to the Bhagavan Vajrapani and said this: Bhagavan, for the sake of the benefit, welfare, and happiness of all sentient beings, we also wish to speak our own heart mantras. Please grant permission, Bhagavan! Please grant permission, Vajradhara! Great kings, very good, very good, speak! I will afterwards

May the vows of one's own land be blessed. Then, the Yaksha King Namtösébu (Vaiśravaṇa), granted and rejoiced by the Blessed One, extracted his own essence, his own heart place: Om Vai. (Tibetan: ཨོྃ་བཻ,Sanskrit Devanagari:,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vai, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Vai) Then, the great Gandharva King Yulkorsung similarly declared his own essence: Om Dhri. (Tibetan: ཨོྃ་ཌྷྲྀ,Sanskrit Devanagari:,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ dhṛ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Dhri) Then, the great Kumbhanda King Phakkyepo similarly declared his own essence: Om Bhi. (Tibetan: ཨོྃ་བྷི,Sanskrit Devanagari:,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ bhi, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Bhi) Then, the great Naga King Mikmizang similarly declared his own essence: Om Ksha. (Tibetan: ཨོྃ་ཀྵ,Sanskrit Devanagari:,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ kṣa, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ksha) Then, they explained the mandala: A square with four doors, adorned with five mandalas. In its center is the Protector, draw Vajrapani in a striding posture. On its left side, draw Nalsö Namtösébu, holding a club and a mongoose, adorned with jewels, stout, seated on a lion throne, golden and radiant. The wise one draws a good vase and so on, raining down a shower of jewels. In front is Yulkorskyong himself, diligently playing the lute, beautiful, with a green color, adorned with all kinds of ornaments. On the right is the hero Lüsphakpo, draw him holding a sword in his hand. In the west is Mikmizang, holding a vajra lasso, supreme, surrounded by seven snake heads, his eyes red and very bulging. In all directions of the doors, the door guardians are also the same. Then, the mantra practitioner himself enters. Invoke the Blessed One known as the Wheel Mudra, and then invoke the King. After invoking, the wise one makes offerings, such as offerings, foot washing, and other rituals. Then, the disciple, whether of royal lineage, noble lineage, or Brahmin, etc., adorned with garlands of flowers, is seated with this mantra of the mantra knower and the mudra of Vajradhara.
