Then the empowerment of the mothers who walk in the sky is given as follows: Killing Mother is Vajra Killing Mother. Meat-eating Mother is Vajra Meat-eating Mother. Clothes are Vajra Clothing Mother. Joyful Mother is Vajra Free Mother. Those and so on are empowered as Vajra Assembly Mothers. Then the empowerment of the mothers who walk on the earth is given as follows: Peaceful Mother is Vajra Messenger Mother. Wind Mother is Vajra Swift Mother. Fire is Vajra Burning Mother. Kubera is Vajra Binding Mother. Those and so on are empowered as Vajra Messenger Mothers. Then the empowerment of all the mothers who dwell underground is given as follows: Pig Mother is Vajra Face. Scalp Mother is Vajra Black Mother. Noseless Mother is Vajra Rotten Mother. Naga Mother is Vajra Crocodile Mother. Those and so on are empowered as Vajra Servant Mothers.
