Named "Victorious Over the Three Realms." Supreme, bestowing all accomplishments. Merely reciting it liberates one from all sins. It is worshipped in all worlds, and all accomplishments will be attained. Whoever asks and reads it, holds it and believes in it, it is just like that. In this very life, all accomplishments will be attained. What need is there to mention practicing with steadfast faith and asceticism? Buddha Vajrapani himself will attain it in this very life. All conceptualizations can be combined, and what one has done oneself is also like that. If one accomplishes the king of conceptualizations, even without faith, it will be quickly accomplished. Even residing in my house, for him, I also accomplish everything. For him, I dwell as a protector. Accomplishments and all desires, increase and harmlessness, knowledge and life force, the supreme form, I will surely grant. Then, the Bhagavan arose from his seat, and all three realms were pervaded by the body, speech, and mind, the minute particles of vajra. All the Tathagatas gave the word "Excellent!" Excellent! Excellent! After being called a great Bodhisattva, the Bhagavan Vajrapani was greatly pleased with what he had spoken. The great king of conceptualizations, Victorious Over the Three Realms, is complete. Some say that this translation was done by the great translator Rinchen Zangpo. Zhalupa Yeshe Gyatso, an expert in the Yoga Tantra, carefully examined and revised the words and meanings. Some also say that it was translated by Ma Gelo.
