Then, with the essence of liberation, the mudra is liberated in the heart. Then, what is given in the hand is the vajra in the left hand and the Tathagata in the right. If he says that it is the Tathagata, then the Tathagata himself is given. If he says that it is the vajra, then the vajra is given in his left hand, and this is instructed: These two are the objects of your accomplishment, and you should always make offerings. Then, the face covering is removed, the mandala is shown, and this is said: All the Tathagatas', body, speech, mind, vajras, etc., gathered together are called the fist, and if this mudra is bound, it is called the Vajra Fist. Then, the essence is given, and the binding of the mudra is taught. This is the mandala called the Fist of Vows. Then, the mandala of mudras arises.

The karma mandala is complete.
