If one recites a million times in front of the Vajra Fist Mudra (རྡོ་རྗེ་ཁུ་ཚུར་) on a corpse (ར་བཅངས་), one will be able to accomplish all actions simply by forming the fist mudra. If one looks at Manjushri Kumara (འཇམ་དཔལ་གཞོན་ནུ་) and recites a million times, letters will appear in the sky, and one will obtain unobstructed eloquence and fearlessness. If one circumambulates a Bodhisattva who turns the wheel of Dharma immediately after generating Bodhicitta and recites a million times, one will enter all mandalas. If one looks at the Treasury of Space (ནམ་མཁའི་མཛོད་) and recites a million times, one will show all that moves in the sky, all meanings, and all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and so on. If one holds the feet of Maitreya (བྱམས་པ) and recites a million times, one will experience all the pleasures of desire in the heavens. If one draws a mandala and recites a million times, one will become the master teacher of all mandalas, and all will be accomplished by mind. If one enters and contemplates the great mandala and recites a million times, one will become all the Tathagatas, together with Vajradhara. In front of Vajrapani (ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ), forming the great mudra and sitting in the great mandala, if one recites a hundred thousand Vajra recitations with Vajra words, one will be able to accomplish all siddhis, all perfections, all spiritual friends, and all actions. One will experience the lord of desire, power, the agent, the giver, the inexhaustible, and all desires, and gain happiness and all joy of mind, becoming a giving that benefits all sentient beings and accomplishes happiness, and one will be seen by one's own relatives and all spiritual friends and companions. One will also make them accomplished. By merely thinking, one will show all illusions, and also show the forms of all Tathagatas. One will also show the miracles of all Tathagatas. One will also show the various emanations of all Tathagatas. Looking at the Bhagavan with words and reciting a hundred thousand times with meaning, it transforms my body into something like Vajra Krodha. The syllable Hum also holds all the Tathagatas, the lord of the three realms, and becomes the great three-eyed wrathful one, seeing and worshiping all the Tathagatas without exception, and praying for the accomplishment of all sentient beings. Thus, it becomes inexhaustible and indestructible, so said the Bhagavan Vajrapani. This is the Vajrapani chapter from the Great King of Tantras, Victorious over the Three Worlds. Then, the noble Avalokiteshvara, the great Bodhisattva Mahasattva, said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, I also offer my own essence in this Great King of Tantras, Victorious over the Three Worlds. By merely uttering it, the samadhi of all the Tathagatas is manifestly accomplished, and all fears, arrogance, harm, and diseases are destroyed. Then, the Bhagavan gave approval to the noble Avalokiteshvara, saying: Well done, well done! Avalokiteshvara, you should speak. Then, the noble Avalokiteshvara, the great Bodhisattva Mahasattva, spoke his own essence: A ro lik. By merely uttering this, all the Tathagatas gather together at the summit of Mount Sumeru, from the place of the Bhagavan Vairochana Tathagata, and enter into the mandala of the Bhagavan noble Avalokiteshvara.
