If you want to do the work of all the Tathagatas, generate Bodhicitta in front of Vajrapani, give alms, keep the precepts, practice patience, be diligent, enter into meditation, perfect wisdom, do whatever you want and can, and always recite until you see the body of Vajrapani or the body of the Tathagata. Then you will obtain the ten Bhumis and become a Bodhisattva who does the work of the Tathagatas. This is the ritual of the Karma Mandala. Then the practice arises.
