From great suffering, be joyful with joyful conduct. With great compassion as the object, do not abandon beings in equanimity. Should be joined to the tongue and palate, meditate with the tip of the nose. Oneself is the Vajradhara King, thus abiding at the tip of the nose. To the best of one's ability at the crown of the heart, the entire body is joyful. By touching the bliss of the subtle vajra, the mind will be placed in equanimity. Before the vajra is the vajra, in the center of the vajra, meditate. By the yoga of meditating on the vajra, the subtle vajra is completely joyful. In front of one's own body, one should meditate on Vajrasattva. In the heart center of Vajrasattva, is the mandala of all vajras. In the center of the vajra mandala, at the navel, the Tathagata Buddha thus goes. One should meditate on the subtle vajra, the mind that has well meditated on the vajra. Without form, without indication, without delusion, and without fear. Here it is called the subtle vajra. Without substance and without essence, therefore, meditate intensely without appearance. In the absence of self and beings, the yogi meditates on yoga. The body is the nature of the five elements, truly relying on the four elements. The twelve sense bases themselves, and also the eighteen elements. Flesh, bones, and blood themselves, marrow and brain pervade. Pervaded by various substances, pervaded by phlegm, bile, and so on. Pervaded by various kinds of worms, in the source of foul-smelling impurity. Individually examine one's own body, the three sufferings all arise. Day and night constantly, meditate on mindfulness of the body. One should individually examine one's own mind, whatever truly arises there. There is no coming and no going, there is no transference there. There is no arising there, from where does the mind truly arise? This unreal conceptualization, like an illusion, makes the mind deluded. Even a moment without mind does not exist, like an illusion, arising appears. Here there is no place, no characteristic, and no establishment of arising. Delighting in grasping is great ignorance, it should be called the subtle vajra. With such a yoga, like the four aspects of meditating on the mind, body, mind, and feelings, etc.
