修习儿子之法,能获得成就与解脱,对一切成就皆无疑虑。住所、衣物及食物等,所有剩余之物皆应舍弃。不应轻蔑诸神,一切不应做之事皆应舍弃。不懈怠地每日,进行守护之仪轨。无有魔障,不应恐惧,此自心调伏甚难。视如父母,视婆罗门、比丘亦如是。清净、调柔、寂静,知晓约束与解脱,非为王位、天界享乐,非为增长欲望之享乐,而是为了他众生之利益,决心证得圆满菩提。知晓食物之量,夜晚睡眠亦应觉醒。贪欲等过患,不以心分别思量。心应极度调柔,无有动摇,坚定不移,善于言说,精于辨别,定要寻求佛法之真谛。如实修持之行为,不损害、不伤害众生。具有罪业、凶恶之众生,不应引入坛城。诸神之身像、法器,以及诸神之坐骑等,低劣之神之影子,以及诸神之所有象征,食物等各种各样,以及象征之形象,不应跨越,不应食用,任何时候,也不应践踏。与三宝有关之食物,任何时候皆不应靠近享用,甚至高尚与低劣之,气味也不应嗅闻。山中或森林中,清净、悦意、寂静处,或河岸边、花园中,绿草茵茵,极其悦意处,或清净庄严之寺庙,或清净寂静之房屋,在无有集会之处,以心专注于佛,与清净之友一同,于此等处安住,即是至高之解脱之教导。如实开始智慧之苦行,于四时之中勤奋修习,向至尊怙主顶礼,忆念佛陀之修行者,应行忏悔等事。亦应尽力供养。此外,亦应如实结手印,所有供养之物品,皆应向四面八方如实陈设,愿大地一切处,皆具足珍宝树木。

English

By practicing the method of the son, one obtains accomplishment and liberation, there is no doubt about all accomplishments. All excess of dwelling, clothing, and food should be abandoned. One should not despise the gods, and all actions that should not be done should be abandoned. Without laziness, every day, one should perform the ritual of protection. Without obstacles, one should not be afraid, for this mind of oneself is difficult to tame. Holding as father and mother, and like the Brahmin and the monk, pure, gentle, and peaceful, knowing restraint and liberation, not for the enjoyment of kingship or heavenly realms, not for the sake of increasing the enjoyment of desires, but for the sake of other sentient beings, having determined to attain perfect enlightenment. Knowing the measure of food, and at night one should also awaken from sleep. Other faults such as attachment, one should not mentally contemplate. The mind should be made extremely tame, without wavering and determined, speaking well and distinguishing well, one must seek the truth of the Dharma. Like the actions of manifest conduct, one should not harm or injure sentient beings. Sentient beings with faults and wickedness should not be brought into the mandala. The body and implements of the gods, and the mounts of the gods, the shadows of inferior gods, and all the symbols of the gods, various foods, and the forms of symbols, should not be stepped over, should not be eaten, and should never be trampled upon. Food related to the Three Jewels should never be approached for enjoyment, and even the smell of the superior and inferior should not be smelled. In the mountains or in the forest, in a clean, pleasant, and secluded place, or on the bank of a river or in a garden, where the grass is green and very pleasant, or in a clean and delightful temple, or in a clean and secluded house, in a place where there is no gathering, with the mind focused on the Buddha, together with a pure friend, residing in such a place, is the teaching of the supreme liberation. Truly begin the ascetic practice of wisdom, diligently practicing in the four sessions, prostrating to the supreme protector, the practitioner who remembers the Buddha, should perform confession and so on. One should also make offerings as much as possible. Furthermore, one should also truly bind the mudras, all the implements of offering should be truly arranged in all directions, may the entire earth be filled with precious trees.
