Then, from the heart of Akashagarbha, the Bhagavan Vajrapani himself, from all sides, the essence of blazing light, the vajra, and the jewel, and the arrangement of various precious empowerments, etc., and the body adorned with ornaments, the body of the great Bodhisattva holding the symbol of the vajra jewel precious hand seal in his hand, appeared and rained great precious rain in all the realms of the world, etc., and made sentient beings happy by bestowing wealth, and then returned again, and in all directions of the Bhagavan Vairochana, in the form of the great mandala of the Vajradhatu, he remained on the lunar disc and specially uttered this verse: Emaho! Of all the Buddhas! All the jewels are gathered! In the Vajra Jewel family itself! This has become for the benefit of beings! Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Akashagarbha generated his own family, and offered this to all the Tathagatas, accomplishing all wishes, and spoke this mandala called "Accomplishing All Purposes." Then, what should be well explained, this is the great and sacred mandala, like the Vajradhatu, called "Accomplishing All." A square with four doors, adorned with four stables, possessing four threads, adorned with silk and garlands. The corners of the great mandala, and inside the door rings, adorned with vajra jewels, the outer mandala is surrounded by threads. Inside it, the vajra should be placed, the place born of jewels, in the form of eight pillars, various jewels blazing with light, the place adorned with five mandalas, there.
