This is the Tantra of the Jewel family empowerment. Binding the Vajra Jewel sprout, placing it on the forehead is the empowerment. The Buddhas will empower as the Lord of offerings. The samadhi of all the skies, even if one meditates diligently on equipoise, if one practices the essence, mudras, mantras, and wisdoms, one will universally attain accomplishment. Thus spoke the Bhagavan Akashagarbha. This is the extensive tantra of the accomplishment ritual of the samadhi of all families. Then, the great Bodhisattva Vajrapani spoke this tantra of the accomplishment of the mudra of offering to all the Tathagatas. Among them, this is the tantra of the accomplishment of offering to all the Tathagatas: With supreme equipoise, first make offerings with incense and so on, then, if one desires accomplishment, by practicing diligently, one will obtain accomplishment. Thus spoke the Buddha Bhagavan. Among them, this is the tantra of the accomplishment of offering to the family of the Tathagatas: With four secret offerings, proclaiming the secret offering, and offerings of one's own poverty and so on, if one makes offerings, one will attain accomplishment. Thus spoke the Bhagavan Vajrasattva. Among them, this is the tantra of the accomplishment of offering to the Vajra family: The great offering of the wrathful Vajra, proclaiming the secret of wrath, if one skillfully combines the fist of wrath, one will quickly accomplish my family. Thus spoke the Bhagavan Vajradhara. Among them, this is the tantra of the accomplishment of offering to the Padma family: If one can well recite the profound and vast Sutras, and offer with mind and speech, one will quickly obtain accomplishment. Thus spoke the Bhagavan Avalokiteshvara. Among them, this is the tantra of the accomplishment of offering to the Ratna family: With umbrellas, banners, and victory banners, making offerings with the offerings of a king, if one gives all alms, one will obtain the Ratna family.
