Having prayed for the granting of auspiciousness, one should recite "Tsili Ratna." The essence of space is the most excellent of actions. Having bound it with perfect samadhi, and having prayed for all jewels, one should recite "Kili Ratna." The essence of these is as follows: Om Ili. Om Mili. Om Tsili. Om Kili. Then, the wisdom of the secret hand seal of the jewel wisdom is taught. In the direction of space or another direction, having meditated on the vajra essence, if the two faculties are joined together, then the supreme accomplishment will be attained. Just as drawing a picture on the ground, having meditated on the vajra essence, if the two faculties are joined together, then empowerment will also be attained. Having meditated on the vajra essence, if the two faculties are joined together, and one dances and plays with that delight, then all the worlds will delight in it. With the form of all the dust of space, having meditated on the vajra essence, if the two faculties are joined together, then it will definitely become accomplished in everything. The essence of these is as follows: Ākāśa guhya jñāna samaya hūṃ. Vicitra guhya jñāna abhiṣiñca hūṃ. Prīyā nusmṛti jñāna guhya sarva loke rāgaya hūṃ. Sarva guhya jñāna sarva siddhi mme prayaccha hūṃ. Then, the great hand seal should be bound as it is. The accomplishment is also the same as that. Now, the wisdom of the hand seal of the Dharma vow is taught. The vajra jewel should be placed in the form of the mandala of vajra wisdom. This is the Dharma hand seal: Sā bā rā sā ra te ka hā daṃ ti he bā kan ka ra ya ma. In short, the action hand seal should be placed as it is. From the Great King of Illusions of the Action Vow of all the Tathagatas, the extensive ritual of the wisdom mandala is completed. Then again, the Bhagavan, having entered into the samadhi called the Blessing of the arising of the Action Vow of the Empowerment of all the Tathagatas, spoke this supreme vidyā of himself: Sarva tathāgata karma abhiṣeka hūṃ. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajrapani spoke this supreme vidyā of the arising of his own action: Om Vajra Hūṃ Kā ra.
