Abiding in the retinue, he listened to the teachings and sat down. Then, the Blessed One entered into the samadhi arising from the unspoken speech vajra samaya of all the Tathagatas. In order to accomplish the speech of the wisdom samaya of all the Tathagatas and all sentient beings without exception, and to experience the bliss and joy of all, up to the attainment of the supreme accomplishment of the speech secret of all the Tathagatas, this vajra utterance was given to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Non-Speaker. Then, all the Tathagatas bestowed empowerment by the power of the vajra name called Vajra Speech Vajra Speech. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajra Speech spoke truthfully to all the Tathagatas with the vajra utterance, and specifically uttered this verse: This is all the Buddhas, The recitation of the vajra is proclaimed. Of all the Tathagatas, The mantra will be quickly accomplished. The wisdom of the vajra nature, and the wisdom of the knowledge of all the Tathagatas, and the wisdom of turning the great wheel of Dharma, and the wisdom of the complete cessation of the speech elaboration of all the Tathagatas, these four are the wisdom bodhisattvas of all the Tathagatas. Then, the Blessed One entered into the samadhi called the Vajra of Action Blessing, arising from the samaya of all the activities of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva of all the Tathagatas. From his own heart, he extracted the essence of all the Tathagatas, called the samaya of the activities of all the Tathagatas. Vajra Karma (藏文，वज्रकर्म，vajrakarma，Diamond Action). Then, in order to realize the wisdom of the equality of all things from the samadhi of Vajrasattva, as soon as it arose from the hearts of all the Tathagatas, this is the Blessed One Vajradhara himself, transformed into the rays of light of the activities of all the Tathagatas, and the rays of light of the activities of all the Tathagatas filled the world.

After all appeared, it became like the form of the activities of all Tathagatas. Then, the form of the activities of all Tathagatas also entered the heart of the Bhagavan Vairochana, and became the extent of pervading all the realms of space. From the form of the activities of all Tathagatas, it became the form of the Vajra of all activities, and resided in both hands. Then again, from the form of the Vajra, the bodies of all Tathagatas, equal to the extremely fine dust of all world realms, arose. In all world realms, they performed the activities of all Tathagatas and so on, as well as the magical displays and miracles of the Buddhas. The Samadhi of Vajrasattva is the infinite activity of all Tathagatas, and because it is extremely stable, it became one, and became the body called "All Activities of All Tathagatas," the great Bodhisattva. Abiding in the heart of the Bhagavan Vairochana, this verse was especially proclaimed. Emaho, the certainty of all Buddhas, many activities are all self-masters. Because the meaning of Buddha is spontaneously accomplished, the Vajra activity will enter. Then, the body of the great Bodhisattva called "All Activities of All Tathagatas" arose from the heart of the Bhagavan, and in front of all the Tathagatas, it resided on the lunar disc, and again received the teachings and remained. Then, the Bhagavan entered into the Samadhi called Vajra, blessed by the Vajra arising from the non-eating Samaya of all the Tathagatas. In order to offer to all the Tathagatas and so on, with the immeasurable non-eating and all the extensive vows of the activity rituals, and all the sentient beings without remainder, accomplishing all activities, and experiencing all happiness and mental happiness, until the Vajra activity itself and wisdom and the excellent direct perception of all the Tathagatas are accomplished, for the sake of those fruits...
