萨。精勤地修行，对于痛苦的众生，恒常布施四种布施。给予他们安乐，不要给予不悦耳之物。名为极喜心大母，无与伦比且具足者，金刚吉利吉利，能获得极喜大乐。最初是嗡（藏文：ཨོྃ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），即大虹光。与金刚极喜相连。此于一切贪欲，能平等获得贪欲之乐。以嬉戏之结合，恒常令女子欢喜。以此于三界之中，能迅速获得成就。莲花广开的眼睛，咒师刹那间转变。主尊的至上乐，啊里嘎里共同结合。施予的手印广大，刹那刹那受用。于诸时分，接触和进入也恒常行之。行动和爱抚同样，共同相伴而行仪轨。生起和清净，刹那刹那亲近。舞蹈和周遍围绕， 吮吸和同样饮用，以无疑惑之心，誓言和修行。以此手印，瑜伽士，不动的定中能成就，成佛菩提之成就，以及安住于劫，更何须说。此成就获得之后，立即转为莲花持者，手中持有燃烧的莲花，具慧不散乱，安住于劫。以威严与吉祥喜悦一同，将前往安乐刹土，到达那里之后，伟大的瑜伽士，于安乐之最胜主尊的，莲花之身的坛城中，彼将安乐而住。恒常伴随安乐者，将体验成就智慧之乐。以文字的手印，受持莲花生之明咒，加持之后体验安乐，将成为莲花安乐之主。以自身来印持其他的女子，以此手印印持之后，如果侍奉于所欲之身，咒师转变是无疑的。以痛苦等装饰，如新生的太阳光芒，以无垢广阔的见地，成就莲花萨埵之寿命。

Sa. Practice diligently, and always give the four kinds of generosity to suffering beings. Give them happiness, and do not give unpleasant things. Called the Great Mother of Supreme Joy, the incomparable and endowed one, Vajra Kili Kili, who obtains great bliss of supreme joy. The first is Om (藏文：ཨོྃ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om), which is the great rainbow light. Connected with Vajra Supreme Joy. This, in all desires, can equally obtain the bliss of desire. With playful union, always please the woman. With this, in the three realms, one can quickly obtain accomplishment. Lotus eyes wide open, the mantra practitioner transforms in an instant. The supreme bliss of the main deity, Ah Li Ka Li jointly combined. The giving hand seal is vast, used moment by moment. At all times, touching and entering are also constantly performed. Movement and caress are the same, the ritual is performed together. Generation and purification, approached moment by moment. Dancing and completely surrounding, Sucking and likewise drinking, with a mind without doubt, vows and practice. With this mudra, the yogi, in unwavering samadhi, attains accomplishment, the accomplishment of Buddhahood and enlightenment, and what need is there to say about abiding for an eon? As soon as this accomplishment is obtained, one immediately transforms into a lotus holder, holding a burning lotus in hand, wise and undistracted, abiding for an eon. With majesty and auspicious joy together, one will go to the land of bliss, and after arriving there, the great yogi, in the mandala of the lotus body of the supreme lord of bliss, he will dwell in bliss. Constantly accompanied by the blissful one, one will experience the bliss of accomplishment and wisdom. With the mudra of letters, hold the mantra born from the lotus, after blessing and experiencing bliss, one will become the lord of lotus bliss. With oneself sealing other women, after sealing with this mudra, if one serves in the desired form, the mantra practitioner's transformation is without doubt. Adorned with suffering and so on, like the newly emerging rays of the sun, with immaculate and vast view, accomplish the life of Lotus Sattva.

Po. How close to the sky, A great hero flies, Hundreds of thousands of vidyādharīs, Offerings are made by goddesses. All the Buddhas and their sons, All the Buddhas worship themselves. When dwelling in samsara, They are not stained by the defilements of samsara. If sealed with this mudra, The afflictions are always purified, Like a mixture of medicinal powder, That kills a snake. This delight of the secret drop of the moon, Will be attained in this very life, By the power of its essence, All needs are accomplished. Whatever desired accomplishment is meaningful, In this samsara and beyond, By this very powerful mudra, By merely remembering it, it is accomplished. The wisdom of the mudra of the letter called "Extremely Pleasing Lotus Garland." First, perfectly endowed with Oṃ (藏文：ཨོྃ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), Finally, the extended Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) itself, In the center, place the very pleasing vajra. This letter is wondrous. By sealing with this mudra, Sins are eliminated in an instant. This three realms is a great accomplishment, The splendor of glory will be attained. The demons and those who follow from demons, Will be made to faint without obstruction, By the combined application of various vajras, It seizes the three realms. Victorious by the power of self, It enjoys the three realms. Having sealed with this mudra, Perfectly endowed with lotus and vajra, In the manner of a half garland or a garland, Like holding the garland compressed. Having blessed with this, If practiced, accomplishment is swift. By turning the right and left eyebrows, Having joined the lotus eyes, Having sealed with the mudra and played, The accomplishment of the guru is attained. By being close to Vajrayogini, Worshiping the essence of vajra, Having been surrounded by all of them, Empowerment is bestowed in the mandala. Vajrasattva, the hero, Bestows freedom from fear and dread, The mantra of one's own mudra, By oneself, the power of accomplishment is strengthened. Others are perfectly beyond, The ornament of the qualities of the Buddhas, Even they fear and dread it, And strengthen their own supreme delight. The great self, the three samadhis, And the father of greatness.
