Those who truly desire to become Buddhas, should be shown to those who enter the tantra. When speaking this tantra from this tantra, first the empowerment should be done, then this should be shown. The king of tantras is the most excellent of tantras, mantras and meditations are spoken little, it will be accomplished by just reading it. Whoever likes sinful deeds, those with weak faith will not succeed. Even if someone commits sins, if they uphold the precepts, then without effort, the siddhi will be accomplished, there is no doubt here. Starting from the ten virtuous deeds, then clearly explain the Dharma. Likewise, that activity of his, will transform as it is. Thus, the eighth chapter of the precepts of kingship is complete. O Bhagavan, O King! What will happen in the future will change, having the nature of Dharma. Please tell me the truth of the Dharma. Without the truth of any mantra, without this meditation, for the sake of saving all sentient beings, the truth of the mantra is very clear, it will be accomplished without meditation. If there is no meditation, then from that, it will become another cause. Children make that mudra, first as the form of a deity, the body is completely purified.
