་དཀར་ལ་ནང་དམར་བ་དེ་ལ་ཆུ་སྐྱེས་འདབ་མ་བརྒྱད་པའི་རྣམ་པར་བསམ་པར་བྱའོ། །དེའི་ཤར་ལ་སོགས་པའི་འདབ་མ་ལ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱྃ་ཛྲཱིྃ་ཁྃ་ཧཱུྃ་གི་ཡི་གེ་རྣམས་ལས་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད་ལ་སོགས་པའི་རང་གཟུགས་རྣམས་སོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་མེ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་མཚམས་རྣམས་ལ་ལཱྃ་མཱྃ་པཱྃ་ཏཱྃ་བཱྃ་གི་ཡི་གེ་རྣམས་ལས་སྤྱན་མ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་རང་གཟུགས་རྣམས་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱའོ། །ཡི་གེ་བཅུ་པོ་འདི་རྣམས་ཡོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ནི་གོ་ཀུ་ད་ཧ་ན་རྣམས་དང་། །བི་ར་ཤུ་མཱ་མཱུ་ཞེས་པ་སྟེ། འདི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ས་བོན་གྱི་ཡི་གེས་མཚན་པའི་དམ་ཚིག་གི་རྫས་བཅུ་པོ་དེ་པདྨའི་སྣོད་དུ་བལྟས་ཏེ། དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཨོཾ་ཡིག་ཁ་དོག་དཀར་པོས་བཀབ་པའི་གཟུག་སུ་བསྒོམ་མོ། །ཨོཾ་ཡིག་ལས་སྐྱེས་པའི་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཧཱུྃ་ཡིག་དཀར་པོ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་དབྱུག་པ། དེ་ས་བོན་གྱིས་མཚན་པ་བལྟས་ཏེ། དེ་ཡང་པདྨའི་སྣོད་ལས་འོག་ ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་མཱ་ཀརྵ་ཡ་ཛཿསྔགས་འདིས་དབང་པོ་མིག་སྟོང་སེར་སྐྱ་གླང་པོ་ཆེ་དཀར་པོ་ལ་ཞོན་པ། ལག་པ་གཡས་པ་དང་གཡོན་པ་རྡོ་རྗེ་དང་སྡིགས་མཛུབ་ཅན་བཀུག་སྟེ་ཤར་དུ་རྣམ་པར་དགོད་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་དེའི་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་ཉེ་བའི་དབང་པོ་བྱ་ཁྱུང་ལ་གནས་པ། རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་ཅོད་པན་ཅན། གཡས་ན་དབྱུག་པ་དང་འཁོར་ལོ། གཡོན་ན་དུང་དང་ནོར་བུ་འཛིན་པ། དེའི་གཡོན་མི་རིང་བ་ན་གནས་པའོ། །ཡང་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་གཤིན་རྗེ་ནག་པོ་མ་ཧེ་ལ་ཞོན་པ། དབྱུག་པ་འཛིན་པ་ལྷོར་གནས་པའོ། །ཡང་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ཆུ་བདག་ཁ་དོག་དཀར་པོ་སྦྲུལ་ལ་ གནས་པ། ལག་ན་ཀླུའི་ཞགས་པ་འཛིན་པ། ནུབ་ཏུ་རྣམ་བར་གནས་པའོ། །ཡང་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ལུས་ངན་པོ་སེར་པོ་གཏེར་ལ་གནས་པ། ལག་ན་བཱི་ཛ་པཱུ་ར་ཀ་དང་ན་ཀུ་ལི་བསྣམས་པ། བྱང་དུ་རྣམ་པར་གནས་པའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་སྣ་ལྡན་དཀར་པོ་བྱི་བ་ལ་གནས་པ། གཡས་ན་བགྲང་ཕྲེང་དང་དགྲ་སྟ་འཛིན་པ། །གཡོན་ན་ལ་ཕུག་དང་ལ་དུའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་དབང་ལྡན་དཀར་པོ་ཁྱུ་མཆོག་དཀར་པོ་ལ་གནས་པ། །རལ་པ་འཛིན་པ་རྩེ་གསུམ་དང་ཐོད་པ་ལག་ན་བསྣམས་པ། ལག་པ་གཉིས་གཽ་རཱི་ལ་འཁྱུད་པ། དབང་ལྡན་དུ་རྣམ་པར་གནས་པའོ། །ཡང་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་མེ་ལྷ་དམར་པོ་ར་ལ་གནས་པ། ལག་ན་བགྲང་ཕྲེང་དང་སྤྱི་བླུགས་བསྣམས་པ། མེའི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་རྣམ་པར་གནས་པའོ། །ཡང་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་སྲིན་པོ་ནི་རོལ་ཞོན་པ། ལག་ན་གྲི་གུག་དང་ཐོད་པ། ཁ་དོག་སྔོན་པོ་ཁྲོ་ཞིང་གཏུམ་པ་བདེན་བྲལ་གྱི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་རྣམ་པར་གནས་པའོ། །ཡང་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་

Think of it as white inside and red, with the shape of eight lotus petals. On the eastern and other petals, from the letters Oṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om), Āṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：आं，梵文罗马拟音：āṃ，汉语字面意思：Am), Jrīṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：jhrīṃ，梵文罗马拟音：jrīṃ，汉语字面意思：Jrim), Khāṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：khāṃ，梵文罗马拟音：khāṃ，汉语字面意思：Kham), and Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：hūṃ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum) arise the self-natures of Vairocana and others. Similarly, in the fire and other directions, from the letters Lāṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：lāṃ，梵文罗马拟音：lāṃ，汉语字面意思：Lam), Māṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：māṃ，梵文罗马拟音：māṃ，汉语字面意思：Mam), Pāṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：pāṃ，梵文罗马拟音：pāṃ，汉语字面意思：Pam), Tāṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：tāṃ，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：Tam), and Vāṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：vāṃ，梵文罗马拟音：vāṃ，汉语字面意思：Vam) arise the self-natures of Locanā and others, and one should meditate accordingly. These ten letters, when completely transformed, become go ku da ha na and bi ra shu ma mu. These ten samaya substances, marked with seed syllables, should be viewed as lotus containers. On top of them, meditate on the form covered by the white letter Oṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om). On the lunar mandala born from the letter Oṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om), visualize a white vajra scepter born from the letter Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：hūṃ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum), marked with seed syllables. Also, from below the lotus container, with the mantra "Om Saba Riwara Ma Akarsha Ya Jah," visualize the Thousand-Eyed Powerful One, yellowish-white in color, riding a white elephant, with the right and left hands bent, holding a vajra and a threatening mudra respectively, facing east in joy. Similarly, with its mantra, visualize the Near Powerful One residing on a garuda, adorned with a jewel diadem, holding a staff and a wheel in the right hand, and a conch and a jewel in the left hand, residing not far to its left. Again, similarly, visualize Yama, black in color, riding a buffalo, holding a staff, residing in the south. Again, similarly, visualize the Water Lord, white in color, residing on a snake, holding a nāga noose in his hand, residing in the west. Again, similarly, visualize the Evil Body, yellow in color, residing on a treasure, holding a citron and a mongoose in his hand, residing in the north. Similarly, visualize the White-Nosed One, residing on a rat, holding a rosary and a battle-axe in the right hand, and a radish and a turnip in the left hand. Similarly, visualize the Powerful Lord, white in color, residing on a white bull, holding matted hair, holding a trident and a skull cup in his hand, with both hands embracing Gauri, residing in the Powerful Lord's place. Again, similarly, visualize the Fire God, red in color, residing on a goat, holding a rosary and a kamandalu in his hand, residing in the direction of fire. Again, similarly, visualize Rakshasa riding a corpse, holding a curved knife and a skull cup, blue in color, wrathful and fierce, residing in the direction devoid of truth. Again, similarly
