The extremely beautiful one, the one who holds the unstained hand seal, I prostrate to the one with pure activities. With the nature of compassion moving, saving all beings in the three realms. From the nature of non-dual great bliss, possessing the nature of accomplishing activities. Subduing beings by dwelling in equanimity, I prostrate to the king of all activities. Thus, praise each of the Form Vajra and so on separately. Then, the lord of all gave the word "Good!" and bowed to the bodies of the goddesses. The letter that frightens the wicked, focusing on the fourteenth letter, or one should focus on samsara, as if born on the sun. Focus without distraction or forgetting, and the recitation itself should be done in this way. With the recitation of a complete crore, there is no immeasurable task that cannot be accomplished, for it accomplishes everything. Reciting a hundred thousand or a million times also accomplishes subtle tasks. With a mind that does not go elsewhere, recite in such a manner. If the mind goes to another place, even reciting for an eon will not produce results. Recite this with an undistracted mind, and for the person who has entered the path, there will be no fear of tigers or water. Then, the correct explanation should be given, with the wisdom of empowerment that has been diligently practiced. Results are obtained, and without it, it cannot be accomplished, so it should be explained. First, practice with the vase empowerment, the second is the secret empowerment, the third thing to do is wisdom-wisdom, and thus it is the fourth empowerment. All permanent and impermanent things, at the time of meditation, should not be meditated upon with discrimination. If one does not know the nature of all things, then mere meditation is not real. If one fully knows the reality of all things, then it is proclaimed as true meditation. That is, through the guru's instructions, diligently pleasing him without slandering. In that, everything arises.
