山顶与山下，皆因您的舞姿而摇动。 宛如捣碎的黑色煤炭，忿怒的您请息灭僵尸之舞。 示现各种形象化身，身色黝黑身材矮小。 大乐之本体以忿怒之舞，祈请金刚妙音母。 ཧྲཱིཿཥྚྲཱི་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）以咒语和舞蹈，斩断三有的迷乱。 以慈悲忿怒之姿和度脱之舞，令众生生起信心，转为奇妙。 此后当如实宣说，念诵之殊胜特征。 无论念诵何者，若能精勤念诵，便能获得广大的成就。 不快也不慢，不长也不短。 念诵咒语时，稍微能听到声音即可。 阎魔导师人中胜，水牛人及三十二， 黄牛以及骏马等，驴子母骡之骨骸， 以此精勤制念珠，一月十四之日时， 具足五种甘露物，收集五种肉之后， 若能念诵成事业，各个丸药之上，瑜伽士观死神。 智者亦观人头颅，观想充满鲜血头。 十万能摧诸鬼众，空行母众以千计， 魔与饿鬼之众亦，死神金刚交合故， 瑜伽士自成念百万，彼能成办诸事业。 事业念诵能赐成就，念诵五俱胝何须说。 每日或每月，如是每年里。 施予六十四食子，了知六十四手杖。 恒时略微吃什么，如是略微喝什么， 其他所有食物之，精华供养死神敌。 此后当如实宣说，供养上师之供品。 为成一切诸事业，以及自身得寂静故， 亦当供养自身等，骏马黄牛与象等， 黄金以及其他物，自己之妻以及子， 母亲姊妹与孙女，如是兄弟与姐妹， 各种衣物与伞盖，以及华美拂尘等， 房屋坐垫与香气，如是歌舞与乐器， 宝剑以及诸饰品，持律者当供上师。

With a compassionate wrathful demeanor and liberating dance, inspire faith in beings, transforming into wonder. Thereafter, the excellent characteristics of recitation should be truly explained. The Lord of Death, the supreme teacher, with buffaloes, humans, and thirty-two, Oxen, horses, and donkeys, from the bones of mules, One should diligently create a rosary for recitation, on the fourteenth day of the month, Endowed with the five nectars, having gathered the five meats, If one recites, accomplishments will be achieved supremely. On each individual pill, the yogi meditates on the slayer of death. The wise also meditate on a human head, meditating on a head filled with blood. A hundred thousand can destroy all spirits, thousands of dakinis, also the hosts of demons and pretas, through the union of the slayer of death and Vajra, the yogi himself, having recited a hundred thousand times, thereby accomplishes all actions. Reciting the activity bestows accomplishments, what need is there to say about reciting five million times? Daily or monthly, likewise annually. Offer sixty-four tormas, know sixty-four staffs. Always slightly eat something, likewise slightly drink something, Of all other foods, offer the essence to the enemy of the Lord of Death. Thereafter, the offerings to the lama should be truly explained. In order to accomplish all activities, and for oneself to be pacified, one should also offer oneself, horses, cows, and elephants, gold and other things, one's own wife and son, mother, sister, and granddaughter, likewise brothers and sisters, various clothes and parasols, and beautiful dust whisks, houses, cushions, and fragrances, likewise songs, music, swords, and ornaments, the disciplined one should offer to the lama.
