Without accomplishing other achievements, it is done by the goddess. This is a profound secret, the most supreme of secrets. Therefore, I tell you, beautiful one. The sixteenth chapter, the chapter on distinguishing the practice of the consort, from the King of Tantras, Bhagavan Vajrapani Guhyabhisamaya Tantra, is completed. Diamond Blissful Woman asked: How does one accomplish the various activities of Vajradhara? The Bhagavan replied: Beautiful one, you have asked well! O source of stainless bliss, supreme among the mothers of selflessness and wisdom, I will tell you, listen well. A practitioner who desires perfection should first please me. Draw a wheel on desirable objects. Inside it, put enjoyment, write the name and intercourse, attract and insert, and recite this mantra: Om Chanda Maharosana. Tadyatha. Om Chale Prachale Lala Lulute Ya. Deva Kama Mahakala Anatsaraya Bisi Svaha. By reciting it a hundred thousand times, one will obtain whatever one desires. This is attraction.
