Therefore, this is Vajradhara. Those who recite it three times day and night, are constantly protected like a shadow. They are completely liberated from diseases and demons, and the great medicine eliminates all faults. All beings respect them, and it is declared to you, beautiful one. This is the pure and virtuous path, whoever holds it in their hand possesses glory, and should constantly recite this name. This concludes the twentieth chapter, the chapter of praising the twenty-one names, from the King of Tantras, the Secret Manifestation of the Bhagavan Vajrapani. The brave Vajra Blissful Mother asked: How should this Vajradhara Tantra be taught, hidden, and what is the ritual for how to uphold it? The Bhagavan replied: Beautiful one, your question is excellent. The cause of stainless bliss arises, the best of mothers with selflessness and wisdom, I will explain it to you, listen well. In the future time, my Tantra, the secret treasure of body, speech, and mind, this supreme and precious King of Tantras, those who possess the mind of enlightenment and great compassion, are greatly learned and have supremely clear wisdom, have great faith and respect for the gods, rely on a guru and have received empowerment, possess all vows and commitments without exception, are greatly diligent and brave for the sake of others, and are not attached to worldly pleasures, should listen to and explain this Tantra. To those who are the opposite of this, not even the name should be shown. If it is shown, the mantra practitioner's vows will be broken, and all diseases, demons, and spirits will torment them and cause them to die. After that, they will not be able to escape the suffering of the uninterrupted hell, even after countless eons have passed. Therefore, these secret body, speech, and mind, these supreme essences, seal them with seals and make offerings, if you praise and hide them, all the wishes in your heart will be fulfilled, and all the worlds will be happy. The scripture is sixteen finger-widths long, and even if it is sealed with seven hundred layers, it should always be held on the crown of the head. If you do not separate from this, that is the close practice, that is the accomplishment, the great accomplishment is also this, the mantra is also this, the deity is also this, the guru is this, the Acharya is also, the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha are also, that is the generation and completion, all the empowerments are also this, having abandoned all worldly affairs, if you make offerings to this, what other assembly is there, the cause of delusion? Why strive for this?

Do not do. Thus spoke the Bhagavan. What is shown is the meaning of entrusting to the Mother: The great mother of all Buddhas, Vajra Sukha Mother, giver of bliss, Cutter of thoughts, Mother, to you, This tantra is entrusted, hold it well. Dharani Mother, pleasing, the place of the Victorious Ones, Pure offering, destroying suffering, The glory of leading all beings without exception, Vajra Sukha Mother, I prostrate. Having praised thus, the tantra was entrusted. Thereafter, the Mother took hold, Of all the Sugatas of the three times, The chief of the hosts, the great lord, son of the heart, Who tames all the worlds, Hero, to you I prostrate. Wrathful hero, causing fear, Taming the Nagas, impossible for others, Fierce, terrifying deity, Vajra Wrathful One, to you I prostrate. Having praised thus, she was pleased with prostrations and circumambulations, And again dissolved into the vajra center of the father's heart. Thereafter, All the retinue offered with offerings and praised with praises, The King of Tantras, revealing the secret, Well done, well done! Thus, clearly, with one voice, they especially proclaimed, Rejoicing and believing in what the Great Vajradhara spoke, They became manifest in praise. Thus ends the twenty-first chapter, on how the tantra was revealed and concealed, and on rejoicing in it, from the King of Tantras, the Bhagavan Vajrapani's Revelation of Secrets. Thus completes the King of Tantras, the Bhagavan Vajrapani's Revelation of Secrets. The Indian Abbot Valacandra Guru Chenpo and the Tibetan translator Gelong Chung Darma Tsultrim translated it according to the model of Northern Shambhala. Later, it was carefully established by comparing it with the model of the central region and the one that came from Kashmir. The King of Tantras, the Bhagavan Vajrapani's Revelation of Secrets.
