སྟོད་ཀྱི་ཚིགས་གཉིས་བཀུག་པ་ཡིས། །ཡོངས་སུ་བྲུ་བར་བྱ་བ་ཡིན། །དེ་ཡི་ནང་དུ་དངོས་པོ་གང་། །ཡང་དག་པར་ནི་བླུགས་བྱས་ལ། །མགོ་ཆོ་བ་དང་དྲེ་ར་ཤ། །དེ་གསུམ་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྲེས་པ་ཡིས། །གང་ལ་དམིགས་པར་བྱ་བ་ཡི། །དངོས་པོ་གང་དག་དེར་བསམ་བྱ། །སྔགས་དང་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་སྦྱོར་ཤེས་པས། །གསལ་བར་བསྒོམས་པས་དབུལ་བར་བྱ། །གཏོར་མ་ཉིད་ལ་སྣ་ཚོགས་པའི། །དངོས་པོ་གང་དག་བླུགས་བྱས་ལ། །མཚན་མོ་ཕྱེད་ནས་ཡོངས་སུ་གཏང་། །དེ་ཡི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ཉིད་ནས་ནི། །ཐུགས་ཡིད་བསྡུས་པ་ཡང་དག་བསམ། །འདི་ཡི་སྟོད་ཀྱི་ཆ་གང་ལགས། །མི་འགྱུར་གནས་པ་གང་དག་བསམ། །དེ་གཉིས་དཀར་དང་གནག་པ་སྟེ། །འདི་ལ་འབྲེལ་པར་གྱུར་པ་ཡིན། །དངོས་པོ་ནག་པོར་དེ་ཉིད་ལ། །དངོས་པོ་དཀར་པོ་གང་ཡིན་པ། །སྟོབས་བསྐྱེད་གསལ་བར་གནས་པར་བྱ། །དེ་ལྟར་སྐད་ཅིག་དུ་མ་ཡིས། །ཡོངས་སུ་གནས་པར་བྱས་པ་ལས། །བདག་ལ་ང་རྒྱལ་དྲག་པོ་བསྐྱེད། །དེ་སྐྱེས་པ་ཡི་གྲུབ་པར་བསམ། །རྟགས་སུ་བྱ་བ་གང་ཡིན་པས། །དེ་ཉིད་དངོས་པོ་གཡོས་གྱུར་དང་། །དྲག་པོ་སྒྲ་ཡང་ཐོས་པ་དང་། །སེམས་ཅན་མ་རུངས་འཇིགས་པའི་གཟུགས། །མངོན་སུམ་དག་ཏུ་འོངས་གྱུར་ན། །ངེས་པ་ཉིད་དུ་འགྲུབ་པ་ཡིན། །དེ་འགྲུབ་བསྒྲུབ་བྱ་གང་ཡིན་པ། །དེ་ཉིད་རྣམས་གསུམ་བསྲེགས་པ་ཡིན། །ཆག་གང་པ་ཡི་དབྱིབས་བྱས་ལ། །དེ་ཡི་དཀྱིལ་དུ་སྲོག་སྙིང་གཞུག །དེ་ནས་ནག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་ལ། །མ་ཉེས་པ་ཡི་ཚིག་བརྗོད་དེ། །ནག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་ཉིད་ལ་བསྟབས། །དེ་ཡི་སྔགས་དག་བཟླས་པ་ཡིས། །རབ་གསལ་ལྔ་དང་མི་འཆི་ལྔ། །དཔའ་བོ་ལ་སོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས། །ཡོངས་སུ་སྦྱར་བ་དེ་ཉིད་གསུམ། །དངོས་པོ་གང་ཉིད་ཛ ལ་སོགས་པ། །མཚོན་གྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་གཏུབ་པར་བྱ། །དེ་ནས་མེ་ཉིད་རབ་སྦྱར་བས། །སྔགས་དང་ཕྱག་རྒྱར་རབ་ལྡན་པས། །ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་ནི་དྲག་པོ་ཡིས། །ལས་ཀྱི་སྦྱོར་བ་ངེས་པར་སྤྱད། །ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་སརྦ་ཤ་ཏྲཱུྃ་ནཱྃ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ་ཕཊ། ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་ལ་སརྦ་ཤ་ཏྲཱུྃ་ཙྪིནྡ་ཡ་ཕཊ། ད་ས་དྃ་རེ་ཕ་ར་ཧ་ཧ་ཧ་བྷ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། དེ་ནས་སྔགས་པ་ཡོངས་རྟོགས་པས། །སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དང་། །ཉན་ཐོས་རང་སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་ལ། །གང་ཞིག་གནོད་པར་བྱེད་པ་ཡི། །གང་ཟག་རྣལ་འབྱོར་བསྒྲུབ་པ་ཡི། །གོང་མའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་ཡང་དག་སྦྱར། །དེ་ལ་བླ་མའི་མན་ངག་གིས། །ཡང་དག་པར་ནི་དབྱེ་བར་བྱ། །བླ་མ་ཉིད་ལ་ཅི་ནུས་པའི། །ཡོངས་སུ་མཆོད་པས་མན་ངག་དབྲལ། །འདིས་ནི་ངེས་པར་འགྲུབ་པས་ན། །ཡིད་ཆེས་པར

上面的两节弯曲，应当完全压榨，在那里面任何事物，正确地装填之后，头、菖蒲和杜若，这三者完全混合之后，对于什么应当专注的，任何事物在那里思维，知道咒语和手印的结合，清晰地观修而布施，食子上装填各种各样的，任何事物都装填之后，半夜完全施放，从那的胸口处，心意收摄正确地思维，这上面的部分是什么呢？思维什么是不变的安住，那两个是白色和黑色，与此相关联的，在那黑色事物本身上，什么事物是白色的呢？生起力量清晰地安住，像那样以众多刹那，完全安住之后，于我生起猛烈的我慢，思维那生起就成就，作为征兆要做什么呢？那事物摇动，听到猛烈的声音，凶暴的众生恐怖的形象，如果显现出来，就必定是成就，那成就应当成办什么呢？那三者焚烧，做成恰康巴的形状，在那的中间放置命心，然后对于大黑天，说没有过失的语言，依于大黑天本身，以念诵那的咒语，五种极明和五种不死，勇士等一切，完全结合那三者本身，任何事物匝等，

The two upper sections are bent, and should be completely squeezed. Whatever substance is inside it, after being properly filled, the head, calamus, and du ro sha, after these three are completely mixed, whatever should be focused on, whatever substance should be contemplated there. Knowing the combination of mantra and mudra, giving alms by meditating clearly. The food itself is filled with various kinds of, whatever things are filled, released completely from midnight. From that very chest, the mind is gathered and correctly contemplated. What is the upper part of this? What is unchangeable should be contemplated. Those two are white and black, which are related to this. On that black thing itself, what thing is white? Generate strength and dwell clearly. In that way, after dwelling completely for many moments, generate strong pride in myself. Think that it is accomplished by that birth. What should be done as a sign? That thing is shaken, and a violent sound is heard, and the terrifying form of a ferocious being, if it appears manifestly, then it is definitely accomplished. What should be accomplished by that accomplishment? Those three are burned, made into the shape of a chakgangpa, and in the middle of it, place the life-heart. Then, to the Great Black One, speak words without fault, relying on the Great Black One himself, by reciting that mantra, the five supremely clear ones and the five immortals, all the heroes and so on, completely combine those three themselves, whatever things dza etc.,
