以此彼身等，远离魔障得寂静，之后以灰涂病人，涂身守护之，如是安立此轮。何为蓝色线，富家种姓女，美貌十八岁，其上下二者，令纺无断绝，从尘中取出后，以善编发辫，必安于安乐身。以此于一切生中，善能安住守护。三界胜幢燃，善妙宝瓶圆满备，以咒语圆满庄严之，橛、金刚、索和，以槌次第灌顶。之后以五供品，于身广作供养。何为真实成就者，以手印赞叹之。于佛菩萨和，上师金刚持，以恭敬心得佛乐，于极广大之供养，先以近修而圆满成办。于三界胜幢忿怒尊，真实宣说修法。于彼上方之物，往诣尸林中，何为人之灰，遍涂于自身。于左持颅器，于右持金刚杵，于白色信鬘上，多作猛咒念诵。食其妙好受用，以虎皮缠下身。思具有义之精要，亦以血涂面，属于黑色之八迁等，入于名中，于星宿等必修习。安住于酒会中，以智慧双运，与星宿自身相合，以传承念诵咒语。以百零八日，真实成办之。之后令日数减少，于尽头之夜初更时，必念诵咒语。之后以芥子油和，血与蜂蜜调合，焚烧千次，于卡拉维拉之嫩枝上，以白檀香水涂之，以花鬘系之，持于右手，以信毛线，真实安立后，系于自身顶上，之后入于城市。

By this, his body, etc., becomes peaceful, free from demonic influences. Then, with ashes, smear the patient's body and protect him. Thus, establish this wheel. What is the blue thread? A wealthy, high-born girl, beautiful and eighteen years old. Have her spin the thread without interruption, both above and below. After taking it out from the dust, with a well-braided plait, it must be placed on the body for well-being. By this, in all lives, protection will be well established. The victory banner of the three realms blazes. Prepare a good vase completely. Adorn it completely with mantras. Consecrate with a stake, vajra, rope, and hammer in order. Then, with the five offerings, extensively offer to the body. Whoever is the truly accomplished one, praise him with mudras. To the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and the Vajra Holder Guru, with reverence, attain the bliss of enlightenment. For the vast and extensive offering, first accomplish it completely through close practice. For the wrathful deity, the Victory Banner of the Three Realms, the method of accomplishment is truly explained. For that upper object, having gone to the charnel ground, with the ashes of a person, smear it all over your body. Hold a skull cup in the left hand, and a vajra in the right hand. On a white rosary of faith, recite many fierce mantras. Eat its excellent enjoyments, and wrap the lower body with a tiger skin. Contemplate the essential meaning. Also, smear the face with blood. Enter into the names of the eight migrations belonging to darkness, etc. Meditate definitely on the stars. Having established a place for the gathering of alcohol, with the union of wisdom, unite with the stars themselves. Recite the mantra through the lineage. Accomplish it truly with one hundred and eight days. Then, let the number of days decrease. At the end, at the first watch of the night, definitely recite the mantras. Then, with mustard oil and a mixture of blood and honey, burn a thousand times. On the tender branch of the Karavira, smear it with white sandalwood water. Having tied a garland of flowers, hold it in the right hand. Having truly established it with a thread of faith, tie it on the crown of your head. Then, enter the city.
