The Great King of Illusion called "Equality Completely Victorious." Homage to glorious Vajrasattva! Thus have I heard: At one time, the Blessed One was dwelling in the palace of Paranirmitavasavartin, together with a gathering of Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas equal to the number of dust motes of ninety-nine Mount Merus. All those Bodhisattvas had attained the status of Vajrasattva, and were entirely empowered as Vajra regents. Such as, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva Vajrapani, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva Samantabhadra, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva Akashagarbha, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva Vajramushti, and the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who turned the wheel of Dharma as soon as they generated the mind of equality, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva Akashakosa, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who utterly destroyed all the power of the Maras, and so forth, together with a gathering of Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas equal to the number of dust motes of ninety-nine Mount Merus. At that time, by the power and blessing of the Tathagata, that palace of the King of Gods was splendidly adorned with jeweled mansions, great jeweled crests, banners of various colors, canopies, parasols, victory banners, awnings, garlands of various jewels, nets, half-nets, yak-tail fans, bouquets of flowers, bells, and silk streamers waving in the wind, and so forth, just like a full moon, it became beautiful in every way. The Teacher, the Blessed One, possessed the various excellent aspects of the wisdom of the samaya of the Vajra blessing of all the Tathagatas, having obtained the empowerment as the King of Dharma of the three realms crowned with the jeweled diadem of all the Tathagatas, thus

具足一切之所有一切遍知智慧的大瑜伽自在者圆满。领会所有如来之手印，诸法平等性。行持所有如来之稀有事业种种。大悲之自体大遍照如来，所有如来之身、语、意金刚平等性，于三时中恒常安住。成办所有无余周遍有情界之一切希愿。所有如来赞叹称扬，所有如来请转法轮，而作其主。复次，与从十方世界之恒河沙数如来聚集者同体。譬如以芝麻粒充满阎浮提洲一般。每一如来之身，亦显现出无数不可衡量之如来刹土。于所有彼等佛土中，亦开示无二平等性极度 秘密之此殊胜法门。又，彼时名为金刚手大持金刚者，极度安住于所有如来之意，真实成办所有如来之行，随顺所有如来之身事业，圆满所有如来之意旨者。如是安住于随持安住自种姓之法之瑜伽者，于大集会中，隐没自身。其后，十方所有如来，见菩萨金刚手于会众中隐没，乃以一音，以此偈颂而作 विशेषण（梵文，罗马拟音vishesana，汉语字面意思：殊胜）。唉玛金刚手持金刚！我等一切之作者！于集会中不显现，怙主您今于何处住？如是说已，所有亦各自以自之无坏金刚宝殊胜加持之处

Perfected is the great yoga sovereign, endowed with the omniscient wisdom of all that is. Having comprehended the equality of all dharmas, the mudra of all tathagatas. Performing various wondrous activities of all tathagatas. The very embodiment of great compassion, the great Vairocana Tathagata, the body, speech, and mind vajra equality of all tathagatas, constantly abiding in the three times. Accomplishing all the hopes of all sentient beings, without exception or remainder. Praised and extolled by all tathagatas, and beseeched by all tathagatas to turn the wheel of dharma, he takes them as his own. Furthermore, he is one with the tathagatas, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, gathered from the ten directions of the world. It is like filling the entire Jambudvipa with a vessel of sesame seeds. From each body of the tathagatas, immeasurable and countless buddha-fields of the tathagatas appear. In all those buddha-fields, he also teaches this supreme and secret dharma gate of non-duality and equality. Again, at that time, the one named Vajrapani, the great Vajra Holder, who dwells intensely in the minds of all tathagatas, who truly accomplishes the conduct of all tathagatas, who follows the bodily activities of all tathagatas, who fulfills the intentions of all tathagatas. Thus, abiding in the yoga that upholds the dharma of his own lineage, he makes his own body invisible in the midst of the great assembly. Then, all the tathagatas of the ten directions, seeing that the bodhisattva Vajrapani had become invisible in the assembly, with one voice, spoke this verse for a special reason. Alas, Vajrapani, holder of the vajra! The maker of all of us! Not appearing in the assembly, where do you, protector, now reside? Having spoken thus, all also, each in their own indestructible vajra jewel, the place of supreme blessing
