Actions that contradict the scriptures, experience, and the world should not be done. Furthermore, as stated in the scriptures, one should invite at midnight. One should also properly offer to the master protector, such as inviting him to sit on the seat. The seat is fully endowed with the great mudra of Vajrasattva. The Vajra master himself also resides in the center of the wheel of knowledge. The other retinues of the mandala, as well as other residing circles, should be known as the retinues of the mandala. In the assembly circle, one should not speak, argue, or fabricate, nor should one spit, blow one's nose, laugh loudly, stretch one's legs, etc., nor should one repeatedly stand up. With mudras and symbolic assembly objects, know what should and should not be done. Knowingly, perform dance and song in the assembly circle. For the main deity, use the best vessel, containing a complete portion, possessing excellent qualities. If this is not available, then with three portions, offer with various flowers. Whatever divine alcohol and other things, place them well and offer them. Also, prepare separate vessels for all the assembly, filled with various flowers. First, give the great bali, possessing food and other things as before. Whatever causes joy to diminish, one should not drink such things. After repeatedly prostrating, drink after binding the mudra.
