Unknowingly, one will engage in vows and other such things. Not guarding secrets, one will reveal everything everywhere. After criticizing the world, one will also make it very clear to others. Since one has no root oneself, one will transgress vows. Urged by those with music and play, one will have no opportunity to find fault in oneself. That very samadhi, which is the arising of wisdom, one will not know. For the sake of a slight fault, one will engage in excessive manifest actions. Those mantra practitioners who are inferior in the practice of yoga will not achieve success. Always delighting in external treatises, one will be very skilled in their practice. Having completely abandoned one's own vows, one will act like one without an iron hook. Through the practice of mantras and mudras, they will accomplish their livelihood. Wherever gain can be obtained, one will teach the holy Dharma there. These are the ones who truly gather, and it is taught with secret intent. Those who dwell in deteriorated vows, all of them can be hooked by this. If one does not know one's own aftermath, how can they be pacified? Thereafter, for the sake of subduing, these methods have been transformed. Then, the Bhagavan Tathagata, having gathered in one place, to the lord of all the Tathagatas, self-offering, that itself is the cloud of vows. Having offered well with true arising, having prostrated, one then made this request: "Tathagata, supreme secret, Tathagata, all-gathering, gathering, non-dual yogi's, joyful Vajra Essence, this, that itself is the best of those who gather, that itself, Bhagavan, please explain." Then, to all the Tathagatas, the Bhagavan spoke again: "Whoever makes such a request, Tathagatas, well done, well done! This is what even the Tathagatas, will cause to arise doubt, what need is there to mention other Bodhicitta?" Thus, he spoke to those Tathagatas. Then, marveling with wonder, cutting off all doubts, to the lord of all the Bhagavan Tathagatas, one asked this: "Bhagavan, of all the Tathagatas, even though the qualities of all are excellent, how is it that you do not have the joy to show the main one here? Making the place of empowerment, the Tathagata, at ease in mind,
