That very nature of great offering, should be meditated upon even from the good offering. For the sake of eating excrement and urine, it is done by those who desire the fruit of accomplishment. The attainment of that unsurpassed nature is, the faultless enlightenment of the Buddhas. Also for the sake of eating meat, great meat should be well examined. The secret body, speech, and mind, all accomplishments will be achieved. Elephant meat and horse meat, likewise the meat of the noble dog, for the sake of food should be eaten. Other food should not be eaten. All the Buddhas will be pleased. Also the wise Bodhisattva, by such practice, will quickly attain Buddhahood. In the desire realm, the lord of the world, will act from the position. Powerful lord, glorious, with good complexion, pleasing to see. Just by seeing, without being urged, these worlds will be controlled. This is the secret, supreme enlightenment of all the Buddhas. This secret of the true mantra, transcends body, speech, and mind. The great secret of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, in the secret gathering, the sixth chapter, which blesses the body, speech, and mind. Then, the Bhagavan, the master of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, spoke this chapter on the perfect enlightenment through the practice of the true mantra of great vows. Enjoying all desires, relying on them as desired, by such practice, certainly Buddhahood will be quickly attained. Enjoying all desires, one should rely on them as desired, and with the practice of one's own deity, one should make offerings to oneself and others. By unbearable asceticism, it will not be accomplished by relying on it, but by enjoying all desires, it will be quickly accomplished by relying on it. Eating alms and not reciting, and also not delighting in begging, enjoying all desires, reciting the limbs of the mantra without diminishing them. If the body, speech, and mind, etc., attain a state of ease, then enlightenment will be attained, otherwise one will die untimely, and certainly be burned in hell. The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, by practicing the supreme practice of mantra, those who have attained the supreme, unchanging Dharma, all desires.

So it depends. Those who desire wisdom with attachment, constantly rely on the five objects of desire. Make the Bodhisattva happy. Make the sun of enlightenment attached. Having known the three aspects of form, worship the one who possesses the nature of offering. That very Bhagavan is diverse, the basis of the Buddha Vairochana. Having known the three aspects of sound, offer it to the gods. That very Bhagavan is diverse, the Buddha Ratnasambhava is the chief. Having known the three aspects of smell, offer it to the Buddhas and others. That very Bhagavan is diverse, the source of the Dharma of desire is the chief. Having known the three aspects of taste, offer it to the gods. That very Buddha is diverse, the Buddha Amoghasiddhi Vajradhara. Having known the three aspects of touch, offer it to your own lineage. That very Bhagavan is Vajradhara, those who have attained the state of Akshobhya. On form, sound, smell, and so on, always bind the mind. This That is the collected essence of the secret heart of all Buddhas. By mantras of form, sound, smell, etc., always meditate on the gods themselves. Or, on that lineage, meditate by meditating on the distinctions. Combine with the remembrance of the Buddha. Meditate on the remembrance of the Dharma. Meditate on body, speech, and mind. Meditate on the remembrance of the Vajra. From the combination of the remembrance of the lineage, meditate on the remembrance of the wrathful one. From the combination of the remembrance of the vows, if you meditate, you will attain enlightenment. Having found a woman with a beautiful form and good complexion, who has reached the age of sixteen, with the three places of blessing, diligently perform offerings in a secluded place. The great consort of the Tathagata, one should meditate on the eyes and so on. By joining the two organs together, one will attain the siddhi of the Buddha. And the letters (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं,Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ,Literal Meaning: Hum), (Tibetan: ༀ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ,Literal Meaning: Om), (Tibetan: ཕཊ,Sanskrit Devanagari: फट,Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ,Literal Meaning: Phat), should also be examined. The Vajra lotus, pervaded by five kinds of light, should be meditated upon. That, like the blazing moonlight, should be meditated upon as pleasing. The combination of the remembrance of the Buddha and so on, should be meditated upon by those who desire enlightenment. How then to meditate on the remembrance of the Buddha? Having placed the lingam well in the bhaga, one should meditate on the form of the Buddha. From the tip of the hair follicles, the wise meditate on the clouds of Buddhas.
