The dust particles of the thirty-six Mount Merus, As many as there are, The assembly of retinues, those, Will accomplish the Vajra-holder of enlightenment. All the Buddhas of the ten directions, Will go to the Buddha-fields, Having heard the profound Dharma, One will also attain the Buddha-ground. The Bhagavan, the Great Laughing Vajra of Vows, thus spoke. Therefore, this is the great secret Vajra secret of all empowerments. Vajrasattva, great wisdom, Likewise, the Vajra-holder of speech, The great laughter of the Vajra body, Constantly urges on the empowerments. Therefore, this is the fourfold place of the Vajra wisdom wheel mantra vow.

In the five places, knowing the mantra, subdue the Vajra Wrathful One. With the heart of a child, with great fame, one should contemplate being frightened and fainting. This meditation is secret, and one should practice one aspect with exhortations and the like. The most secret of all mantras, spoken with the wisdom of the meaning of Vajra. The Bhagavan Wish-fulfilling Jewel spoke thus. Thereafter, the Bhagavan Vajrapani Tathagata, the Great Hero, the Tathagata extracted the supreme words of Vajra practice from the Vajra speech. Veḥ! Dwelling in the sky Vajra, contemplate the wonderful light of the Buddha mandala, with the three bodies, speech, and mind of Vajra combined, generate and think like this.
