། །ཁྃ། ཁ་ཡི་ནང་དུ་དེ་བསམ་ཞིང་། །དུག་ནི་ཧ་ལ་ཧ་ལ་འདྲ། །སྲེག་པ་མེ་ཡི་ཁ་དོག་དང་། །བསྒོམས་ན་འགུལ་བར་གདོན་མི་ཟ། །དེ་ལ་འདི་ནི་དུག་ཐམས་ཅད་དགུག་པའི་སྙིང་པོའོ། །ཧྲཱིཿ། རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ལས་བྱུང་དུག །ཁམས་གསུམ་ན་ནི་གནས་པ་ཀུན། །དེ་ཡིས་ཁྱེར་བར་བསྒོམས་ནས་ནི། །བབ་པར་གྱུར་པར་རྣམ་པར་བསམ། །དེ་ནི་དེ་མ་ཐག་ཉིད་དུ། །དུག་གི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་མི་བཟད་འགྱུར། །རེག་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན། །འཇིག་པ་འདི་ལ་ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད། །སྡིག་པ་སྦལ་པ་ལ་སོགས་དང་། །སྦྲུལ་རྣམས་སྣ་ཚོགས་པ་དག་ལའང་། །ཆོ་ག་བཞིན་དུ་རབ་ཏུ་བྱ། །སྦྱོར་བ་འབྱུང་བའི་མཚན་ཉིད་ཀྱིས། །དེ་ལ་འདི་ནི་དུག་ཐམས་ཅད་འཕོ་བའི་སྙིང་པོའོ། །ཨོཾ། ལྟ་བ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་དུག་ལ་སོགས། །གཞན་ཡང་མི་བཟད་པ་ཡི་དུག །ནམ་མཁའ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དུ། །ཡེ་ཤེས་རྡོ་རྗེས་བཀུག་ནས་འཇུག །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དུག་གི་དམ་ཚིག་ཆེན་པོ་རྡོ་རྗེས་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །དེ་ལ་འདི་ནི་དུག་གསོ་བའི་དམ་ཚིག་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྙིང་པོའོ། །ཧཱུྃ། སྙིང་པོ་འདི་ནི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆེ། །ཁ་དོག་དཀར་པོར་རྣམ་པར་བསྒོམ། །འོད་ཀྱི་སྤྲིན་ནི་ཆེར་འབར་བ། །ཟླ་བའི་འོད་ཟེར་བཞིན་དུ་བསིལ། །གནས་བཞི་དག་ཏུ་སྦྱོར་བ་ཡིས། །དེ་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་སྡུད་པས་ལྡང་། །ལན་གཉིས་ལན་གསུམ་རབ་བསྒོམས་ནས། །སྐྱུགས་པ་དག་ཏུ་རྣམ་བསམས་ན། །ནམ་མཁའི་ཁམས་ཀུན་གང་བ་ཡང་། །སྐད་ཅིག་གིས་ནི་དུག་མེད་བྱེད། །ཞེས་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་ཀྱང་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཏོ། །དེ་ལ་འདི་ནི་ཉེ་བའི་དུག་ཐམས་ཅད་ དྲང་བའི་སྙིང་པོའོ། །ཨཱཿ། འབྲས་དང་ཕོལ་མིག་འབྲུམ་བུ་དང་། །གང་གཞན་ནད་དུ་བཤད་པ་རྣམས། །ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་བཀའ་བཞིན་དུ། །བསམས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་མེད་པར་འགྱུར། །པདྨ་ཆེན་པོ་འདབ་མ་བརྒྱད། །རི་བོང་ཅན་བཞིན་དྲི་མེད་པ། །དེ་ཡི་དབུས་ན་འདུག་བསམ་པ། །འོད་ཟེར་ལྔ་ནི་རབ་རྫོགས་པའོ། །སྡུག་པ་ན་ནི་དམ་ཚིག་གནག །བསྐུལ་བ་ན་ནི་དཀར་པོ་འདྲ། །བསམ་གཏན་གནས་འདི་གསང་བ་སྟེ། །གསང་ཆེན་ཡེ་ཤེས་དྲི་མ་མེད། །དེ་ལ་འདི་ནི་ཕྱི་ནང་གི་ནད་རྣམས་གསོ་བའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་སྙིང་པོའི་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ཡི་གེའི་ཚིག་རྣམས་སོ། །ཛི་ན་ཛིཀ། ཨཱ་རོ་ལིཀ །བཛྲ་དྷྲྀཀ། ཡི་གེའི་ཚིག་ནི་གང་འདོད་པ། །དད་པས་ཡོན་ཏན་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར། །དེ་འདྲའི་གཟུགས་ནི་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱ། །ནད་ཀྱི་རྡོ་རྗེ་བསྐུལ་བ་ཡིས། །དམ་ཚིག་སྤྲེའུའི་རྣམ་པའམ། །ཡང་ན་ཁྱེར་ནི་བྱུང་བའང་རུང་། །རང་གི་ལུས་ངག་སེམས་གནས་ལས། །བྱུང་

། །ཁྃ། 口中如是思，毒如哈拉哈拉，焚烧如火之色，若修则动无疑。此乃勾召一切毒之精要。 ཧྲཱིཿ (藏文，梵文天城体，hrīḥ，惭愧) 。 种种相生之毒，三界中所有之住者，观想彼等被其摄持，思维降临。彼即刻间，化为难忍之毒海。一触及，一切众生，毁灭对此毫无疑问。对蝎子、青蛙等，以及种种蛇类，如仪轨般善作。以生起结合之相，此乃转移一切毒之精要。 ཨོཾ (藏文，梵文天城体，oṃ，圆满) 。 如观金刚之毒等，其他难忍之毒，于虚空金刚之坛城中，以智慧金刚勾召而入。薄伽梵大毒誓金刚如是宣说。此乃疗毒之誓言金刚精要。 ཧཱུྃ (藏文，梵文天城体，hūṃ，种子字) 。 此精要乃大金刚，观想其色白，光之云朵炽盛燃烧，如月光般清凉。于四处结合，即刻聚集而起。反复观想二三次，思维化为呕吐物，即使充满虚空界，亦刹那间令毒无有。如是亦曾宣说。此乃引出一切近毒之精要。 ཨཱཿ (藏文，梵文天城体，āḥ，本性空) 。 痘、眼翳、麻疹，以及其他所说之疾病，如金刚手之教言，仅思即可消除。大莲花八瓣，如兔者般无垢，思维安住于其中心，五光圆满。痛苦时，誓言为黑色，激励时，似白色。此禅定处乃秘密，大秘密智慧无垢。此乃医治内外一切疾病之金刚精要咒语之字句。 ཛི་ན་ཛིཀ། ཨཱ་རོ་ལིཀ །བཛྲ་དྷྲྀཀ། (藏文) 字句随所欲，以信心可得功德。应修彼等之形相，以疾病金刚之激励，誓言猴之相，或携持亦可。从自身语意之所出

। । Khaṁ. Thinking of it in the mouth, poison is like hala hala, burning like the color of fire, if meditated upon, it will undoubtedly move. This is the essence of summoning all poisons. Hrīḥ. Poisons arising from various forms, all beings dwelling in the three realms, meditate that they are taken by it, and contemplate their descent. Immediately, it transforms into an unbearable sea of poison. Upon touching, all beings will be destroyed without doubt. For scorpions, frogs, and various snakes, perform the ritual well. With the nature of arising union, this is the essence of transferring all poisons. Oṁ. Like contemplating the Vajra poison, and other unbearable poisons, in the mandala of the Vajra of space, summon and enter with the wisdom Vajra. The Bhagavan, the great poison vow Vajra, spoke thus. This is the essence of the vow Vajra for healing poison. Hūṁ. This essence is the great Vajra, contemplate its color as white, the clouds of light blazing intensely, cool like moonlight. By uniting in the four places, it immediately gathers and rises. Meditate repeatedly two or three times, and if you think of it as vomit, even if it fills the entire realm of space, it will instantly make the poison disappear. Thus it was also spoken. This is the essence of drawing out all nearby poisons. Āḥ. Pox, eye diseases, measles, and other diseases that are mentioned, as taught by Vajrapani, will disappear simply by thinking of them. The great lotus with eight petals, immaculate like the one with a rabbit, think of dwelling in its center, complete with five rays of light. When suffering, the vow is black, when urging, it resembles white. This place of meditation is secret, the great secret wisdom is immaculate. These are the words of the Vajra essence mantra for healing all internal and external diseases. Jina Jik. Āro Lik. Vajra Dhṛk. Whatever words you desire, with faith, you will gain merit. One should meditate on such forms, by urging the disease Vajra, the vow is in the form of a monkey, or it may also be carried. Arising from the place of one's own body, speech, and mind.
