The earth rolls, blood flows, abiding in the manner of union, the rest is the same as before. Completely surrounded by four Yoginis, enjoying the offerings of songs and dances, proclaiming the great sound of "Phem (Tibetan: ཕེཾ་)", continuously emitting great laughter, possessing the nature of delighting the supreme deities, and accompanied by the sound of Kīlī Kīlā (Tibetan: ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལའི་). For the sake of bringing extreme peace to sentient beings, these beings are the protectors of the stages of joy, possessing a garland of the mantra of Hili Kīli (Tibetan: ཧི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལིའི་). Surrounded by four "Kā's", abiding in union yoga. All who abide in the four goddesses, being fully inspired and rising up, completely arising from the five elements, surrounded by all names. The goddess supplicated: Alas! Bhagavan, how does one know the characteristics of the accomplishment of beings through your own deity's form? The Bhagavan said: The yoga nature of the goddess Umā, and for the benefit of beings such as glorious Mahākāla, whenever one obstructs moment after moment, that one will not attain accomplishment. Initially, during the time of habituation, one should examine the supreme place of accomplishment, that is, the place of accomplishment, or the mantra practitioner's own home, or an empty plain, or an uncovered outdoor space, or a solitary place, abiding there equally, one should constantly meditate in an empty room. Sixteen arms, surrounded by eight Yoginis, one should also contemplate the retinue that is fully in accordance with this, filled with sons of non-attachment, etc. I should think, "The practice of accomplishment." Abiding in the five families, also uniting equally with wisdom. What the yogi constantly consumes is great meat, or cow, or dog, or human, etc., the five meats, and the five elixirs, one should constantly consume. Here, yogis who desire accomplishment practice accomplishment. Whoever abides in the five families should consume the meat of a yellow cow. Then, I should meditate on Mahākāla with my own mind. The yogi should declare the sixteen arms, constantly doing what is done by himself. Wherever one meditates on the two hands, it is for the purpose of accomplishing all accomplishments. By striving greatly to practice mudras, from the outside, at this time, one obtains all accomplishments.

It is like that. Meditating on things is without meditation. Always easily attaining the wisdom of accomplishment. How does the appearance of attaining accomplishment transform? Then, first, offerings should be made, such as various fragrances, garlands of flowers, and so on. Contemplate the syllable Hūṃ in the heart, make offerings, and so on, and then look forward. Perform confession of sins, and so on, and then meditate on the four Brahmavihāras. Perform actions such as clapping the hands, with Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) on the right hand and Aṃ (藏文：ཨཾ，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：昂) on the left. Without being attached to the samādhi of emptiness, please look upon the sentient beings of Jambudvīpa and bestow various accomplishments! The Blessed One said to all the goddesses: Great Goddess, look, look!
