To the north of that, in a place called Linga Uttara Ankura, by the power of fully understanding the vows and meditation, the time of Pari Kita Vardhana will appear, completing one hundred and ten billion twenty-seven thousand years. There, the time of Kita Nanda will appear, and in terms of time, ten billion kotis, seventy-one hundred thousand kotis, twelve thousand, one hundred and one, and fifty-one hundred thousand kotis, plus four hundred thousand with four remaining, have passed. All of these are fully proclaimed as Uttara Ankura.

Through the fruit of his mantra, dakas and dakinis will be bound. In that place, a great astrologer named Varaha will appear. Between the son and grandson of a king named Subaha, one million divine images will be built over twenty-four years and completed in fifty years. After that, in fifty hundred thousand plus eight years and three periods, ten thousand yogis and one thousand Buddhas will appear. To its east, a great king of mountains will appear, emerging after being submerged by the ocean by one-third. There, a yaksha named Nidrita will exist for two periods. Afterwards, she will be born as the wife of the leader of the hermits of Bangala and will make offerings to the goddess Tsundala. After that, in eight lifetimes, she will be born as the king of Kamarupa, possessing four hundred consorts, nine palaces, an abundance of various grains, and black agarwood. To its south, a market called Magandhari will appear, lasting for one hundred million years. Afterwards, it will become a market called the Auspicious Market, one-fifth of which is heavy and light, and will possess one million young black agarwood, lasting for thirty-two centuries.
