Hūṃ Hūṃ Raṃ Hāṃ Phaṭ Svāhā. By this mantra, one should protect oneself from those who come. If any yogi knows and destroys the obstacles of that time, then accomplishment will surely be achieved. At the time of writing, if a female yaksha comes face to face or suddenly appears, one should recognize that black woman with red eyes, somewhat short in stature, skilled in speech, speaking sweetly, offering a globe with respect, and offer a torma for the sake of accomplishment. If it appears in a different form, yellowish or pale, tall in stature, with long limbs such as hands and feet, very beautiful, with raised eyebrows, representing two colors close together, obstructing and destroying essence, then it is extremely fierce. At night, if it takes the form of a mother, sister, niece, paternal grandmother, mother-in-law, or lover, and comes forth, then protect yourself by reciting "Oṃ Kaṭi Me Jaḥ Hūṃ." Offer seven portions of essence in a skull cup, praise them, touch them, and express a slight desire. With very careful observation, examine the dreams. If it is shown, then it truly accomplishes the meaning of extracting essence, so one should engage in the practice of taking it. If "no" or "do not do" appears, then one should know that it will not be accomplished. Silver and medicine, the fruit of Viṇḍa, mercury, and lead, one srang each. Add six parts of gold to it, and in a stone vessel, mix the bile of a black cat and mercury, and then pour in siṃpo from the outside. The third is the urine of a buffalo, the fourth is human flesh, the fifth is a bre of washed emblic myrobalan, the sixth is bhallataka, and the seventh is three fruits. After washing it from the outside with human urine, pour in the juice of the medicinal jambhīra in the sun and leave it for one thun. Then take it out and soak the juice of the medicinal siṃbī, varuṇa, kāliṅga, himāraṅga, citraka, and mudga, and place it on one stick. Wash it with the juice of the medicinal siṃbhī and jayantī, and dry it in the sun for three days. Purify four srangs of white larkspur as previously mentioned. For twelve months, one must determine the amount of larkspur each day. The juice of emblic myrobalan and the juice of the leaves of the medicinal sudarśana.
