Pacifying, increasing, empowering, and subjugating, as well as the eight kinds of swords and so on, all supreme Buddhas can be obtained from the image of the Victorious One. This is the third chapter, the chapter on painted images, from the King of Conceptualizations, the Noble Immovable One. Next, I will truly explain that which completely purifies secrets. For the sake of swift accomplishment, listen to the wonderful distinctions of the order of the various secret mantras. The fourteen vowels are adorned with the mother vowels. The first of the second consonants is closely adorned with the fifth of the third. The third of the third is placed there. The fifth of the fifth is beautified with the second vowel on the eighth. Fire is connected to the thirteenth vowel, and the second heat is connected to the strong ending. Thirty-three is connected to the sixth vowel, and it is adorned with the twenty-fifth. Twenty-two is connected to eleven, and it is adorned with the sun and moon. The king of secret mantras, ten letters, even if recited ten million, one hundred million, or ten billion times, one will see the deity.
