With an equal mind, cultivate great equanimity. Thus, a faithful and diligent person, free from deceit and honoring the guru, compassionate and not lazy, abandoning the desire for existence, should dwell with a happy mind in a joyful garden or oasis, a cave or empty temple, under a tree, in a forest retreat, or in the countryside. Then, the Bhagavan, the Great Sage, the Perfectly Complete All-Knowing One, having entered into the samadhi called "All-Knowing," from this wisdom, the body, speech, and mind vajra arose. In the center of the expanse of space, born from the syllable HŪṂ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: 吽), practice the body of Acala, the Lord, the pure body of a yogi. One face, two arms, a majestic body, for the sake of greatly frightening gods, non-gods, and demon hosts, the right hand holds a sword raised in the sky, the left hand holds a threatening mudra and a lasso. On a lotus and sun seat, residing above the Lord of Hosts, the left leg extended in a dancing posture, wearing a tiger skin skirt, proclaiming PHUḤ (Tibetan: ཕུཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फुट, Sanskrit Romanization: phuṭ, Literal Chinese Meaning: 喷), adorned by the eight great nagas. Reddish-yellow hair standing on end, the corners of the eyes red, round eyes, a wrathful expression, bared fangs. Brahma, Indra, Vishnu, and Maheshvara, and other gods, as well as non-gods, are frightened. In the midst of blazing flames of the eon, accompanied by a multitude of wrathful ones, all that is stable and moving in the three realms, knowing them to be emanations of oneself. Thus, with reverence, for a long time, without interruption, by meditating, the ordinary conceptualizations defiled by karma and afflictions cease. If one develops great faith in the yoga of the self-arisen deity, then that yogi will become a vessel for the eight siddhis, such as the sword. Then, the Bhagavan, the Great Sage, having entered into the samadhi called "Invincible Vajra," from this wisdom, the body, speech, and mind vajra arose. In the center of the expanse of space, born from the syllable HAṂ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: 航), practice the Great Wrathful King, blue-black, with three faces and six arms. A sword, a curved knife, and an axe are held in the right hands in order. A threatening mudra, a wheel, and a khatvanga are held in the left hands in order. Three eyes glaring upwards, eyebrows raised in anger, hair and beard standing on end.

By remembering this for an instant, or merely knowing the name, desires are accomplished. Then, the Bhagavan Great Sage, entered into the samadhi called "World Lord Perfectly Pure." The body, speech, and mind of this vidya were extracted from the vajra. In the center of the sphere of space, from the letter Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:hūṃ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Seed syllable Hum) arises, the immovable protector, the great wrathful one, frightening the demons, should be contemplated.
