莲花以舌品尝， 拥抱于其外侧。 肉与鱼应食用， 乳与酒应频饮。 为了欲望极增长， 疲劳与衰老从中生。 从外欲望生乐等， 再次如前之次第， 二二互相极勤作。 以此串习之结合， 应成办广大之乐。 于生若知此结合， 则持忿怒暴恶位。 为具贪成就义故， 我当善说此结合。 左足置于上， 右足作游戏。 此乃菩萨跏趺坐， 施与一切欲乐。 右足置于上， 左足作游戏。 此乃莲花跏趺坐， 施与一切欲乐。 结莲花跏趺坐后， 左足置于上， 右足作游戏， 当知名为金刚跏趺。 双足置于地上， 等同长远面向前， 当知能善施一切欲。 于此蹲踞之座上， 双足置于地上， 弯曲横向而伸长， 当知犹如半月形。 此能施与广大乐。 膝抱横置于地上， 臀部置于胫骨中， 于此作成弓之座， 施与胜妙之喜乐。 如彼菩萨跏趺坐， 当观为金刚跏趺坐。 蹲踞半月与， 弓之座亦此处许。 安住于半月座者， 恒常作女人后， 若堕则以舌取莲花， 密处象征三字。 复次作成弓之座后， 于自火之粪便中， 以忿怒暴恶之结合， 应修由此生之乐。 断除一切分别念， 当具彼之瑜伽。 舍弃离贪之心， 当极欲于母。 随贪而得福德， 离贪则得罪恶。 离贪则无其他罪， 离乐则无其他福。 是故心性住平等， 当生欲望之乐。 其后薄伽梵母心极喜悦，以现前之喜悦薄伽梵

Abandoning all conceptual thoughts, One should possess that yoga. Abandoning the mind free from attachment, One should greatly desire the mother. Following desire, one obtains merit, From detachment, one obtains sin. From detachment, there is no other sin, From pleasure, there is no other merit.
