Holding the curved knife and khatvanga, holding the great snake, sword, and battle-ax, as well as the vajra and bow, are the sovereign mothers of the gods. Likewise, the five great dakinis, who accomplish all actions, the great queen of the mandala of union. Likewise, Vajra Sovereignty is the chief. Likewise, the great body of the Thus-Gone One, the giver of stainless yoga. By the command of Vajra Sovereignty Mother, may all come here from everywhere. Om Kakkana, Babbandhana, Khakkhadana, Sarva Dushtam Hana Hana Ghataya Ghataya Amuka Sya Shantim Kuru Hum Hum Phat Dzah Svaha. Filling the mouth with nectar, clearly visualize the position of action. Meditate on the yogi and yogini, and all actions will be accomplished. Tie the two vajra fists together, placing them back to back. Om Tishta Hum Bhaksha Bhaksha Dzah Phat Svaha. As such, combine the mantra of action, and combine the work of the torma and so on. For pacifying, increasing, empowering, and attracting, as well as killing, expelling, separating, and binding, the outer torma itself, by the work of the torma and so on, accomplishes it. Then, from the distinction of offerings, discard what is appropriate and inappropriate. The five types, such as the iron hook, are the five actions themselves. Placing it on the great iron hook is desiring the wisdom deity. On the vajra hook is the immovable one, on the place hook is Ratnasambhava, on the king's hook is Amoghasiddhi, and on the moving hook is Amitabha. On the five hooks and so on, all of them should be combined. Whatever one desires, satisfy all the deities and yoginis. It is not to be delighted in desire, nor to be approached for enjoyment. All one's desires are that itself, and one should do the work of offering and so on. In its center, the heroes should combine ali and kali. By the good combination of ali and kali, satisfy all the deities. From its center, all the tastes of nectar that arise should be tasted. All the remnants of the substances should be observed in the outer mandala. With the song called "Hum," fill it with auspicious sounds. Praying for wisdom for the sake of sentient beings, giving each other with the two, such as all-embracing, and being exceedingly adorned with illusory union, liberating from the ocean of existence, I prostrate to you.
