Here, one should speak thus: All tantras are hidden, but in this tantra, they are revealed. Nearness, villages, and outskirts are things that exist together. Gathering refers to the external realm, as it is said. The gathering of nearness is the same within. The place is called the fruit, and the place of nearness is the tree itself. The outskirts are called the seed, and the nearness of the outskirts is the sprout. The assembly is called the trunk, solitude is the leaf, and emptiness is the root. Those who explain with such intentions are not known by the Sugatas. Yoginis such as Avalokiteshvara do not understand its meaning, it is not the realm of Bodhisattvas, only yogis who respect the Guru can understand. After abandoning all elaborations, one should not be attached to objects. Yogis who meditate on profound emptiness should be without desire, hatred, and jealousy, abandon ignorance and pride, and completely eliminate all afflictions. If there are activities such as eating, drinking, and singing, one should also abandon all elaborations. With happiness as the nature of joy, and with wisdom and means as one's own essence. In the supreme state, one can achieve it in just half a month, without any doubt. Alas! Dear friends, all beings have a pure and immaculate nature, one should look at beings who are free from all elaborations. Accumulated things, their nature is false and deceptive, should be seen as the reflection of a lotus root. The five senses are like illusions, and with the pure nature of the five aggregates, one can achieve this yoga through meditation. The fifth chapter of the "Buddha's Crown Tantra, the Unsurpassed Secret Tantra of the Yogini" which speaks of good medicine and explains the secret meaning, is completed. Thereafter, the true meaning is explained in detail, in the supreme secret mandala, through the practice of skillful means and wisdom, the disciple is granted initiation. In the center of the wisdom lotus, in the mandala of hundreds of thousands of kotis, with the threefold pure nature body, saving from the fear of samsara. In the center of this mandala, the wise should grant initiation to the excellent disciple. If one desires unsurpassed Bodhi, then one should not perform external mandala rituals. Merely destroying the images of the Buddhas will generate great sin. Therefore, even with a small amount of pigment, the Buddhas cannot be purified in this way. Vajra, wheel, and jewel, as well as lotus and sword, after creating them, one destroys them again.

A base person goes to hell. By whom is the Buddha invited, and by whom is the Buddha asked to depart? Vajrasattva descends, and the Tathāgatas descend, but they do not descend anywhere. The body is immaculate and pure. By whom is it invited, and by whom is it asked to depart? By that very one, without examination, the Tathāgatas are prostrated to. A girl of twelve years, whose discipline is not diminished and whose desire is small, who is learned and of great renown, who is without illness and possesses compassion, who is solely diligent for the sake of sentient beings, who laughs and possesses lotus eyes, whose face is beautiful like a portion of the moon, who does not speak nonsense, is steadfast and gentle. Therefore, the disciple is of great intelligence, possessing a mind of great faith, without desire, with subdued senses, having abandoned attachment and non-attachment, greatly applying himself to the benefit of sentient beings, having abandoned delusion, hatred, and jealousy, blessed by all the Buddhas. To those ones, that very meaning is explained. The outer secret is explained as five, seven, and fourteen, and the two are united as one. The secret itself is to be explained. The disciple is endowed with goodness, and with a loving heart, without other thoughts, with sixteen hundred thousand gold, and with land possessing a realm, and with elephants, excellent women, and swords, wheels, horses, and precious men who lead to completion. With a mind possessing union, the guru should be impoverished there. With a mind that is utterly immaculate, from then on, one should make this supplication: I, who am sinking in the mire of saṃsāra, I beseech you, friend, to deliver me. I am of little effort and small merit, and I have abandoned the Buddhas' teachings. O, O Teacher, great guru, O Protector, have compassion. Having heard the words of supplication in this way, the guru remains silent there. All parts of this instruction are not for use in books. It is to be known from the guru's mouth. Which maṇḍala is adorned by what? Where else is the meaning of the signs placed? Who invites the Buddhas? Beings fall into doubts like illusions. All is empty, without clothes. Like the moon in water, such a maṇḍala abides in the center of a lotus. O, look at the assembly of yoginīs. There, one Heruka is the one who generates all.

Since all phenomena are deceived by dreams, look at how they arise from ignorance. In the Buddha Top Knot Tantra, from the unsurpassed secret of the Yogini, drawing the terrifying mandala, and the sixth chapter of the initiation of disciples. Then, the true meaning is explained correctly. In mountains, caves, or thickets, or in cemeteries, or in places of primordial accomplishment, or on the shores of the ocean, draw the unsurpassed outer mandala. Blue powder is made from the ashes of cremation. Red powder is made from bricks from the cemetery. Green powder is made from neem leaves. White powder is made from human bone powder. Yellow powder is made from rapeseed powder. Thus, the wise should draw the mandala with the five powders. The three-family palace is round, surrounded by three vajras. The outer part is square and flat, with four doors decorated with horse heads. Decorated with four kinds of banners. Adorned with a half-net. The outer surroundings are pure and possess precious tents. It is adorned with twenty-five lotus sun seats. Its central seed syllable is the blue letter Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ). In an instant, Heruka appears, with a blue body and great fame. In the right hand, he holds a chopper and a curved knife. In the left hand, he holds a khatvanga and a skull cup. He sits in a half-lotus posture, greatly terrifying. The fangs of his mouth are slightly bared. He is adorned with a crown of hair and has a crown of five Buddhas. Various vajras are pressed on his head. He is a deity holding a crescent moon. His body is smeared with ashes. The hero has four hands holding weapons. He utters a loud Hūṃ sound, causing fear. He dwells in a dancing posture. He has a garland of wet heads. He is the one who holds a skull cup for offerings. The skull cup is pure and undefiled. The deity is adorned with a garland of lineage. He is adorned with a necklace, a wheel, anklets, armlets, bracelets, a belt, and the hero is adorned with excellent earrings. The main deity with such a form recites the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ). The Yoginis born from him, the nature of the twenty-four, have blue bodies and great fame, and are extremely terrifying.
