It is the last of the last of the King of Tantras of the Yoginī. In Sanskrit: Śrījñānatilakayoginītantrarājaparamamahāaṃbhutaṃ nāma. In Tibetan: The Great and Wonderfully Marvelous King of Tantras of the Glorious Wisdom Tilaka Yoginī. Homage to the Glorious Wisdom Tilaka! Thus have I heard. At one time, the Bhagavan, the essence of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas, surrounded by the Great Heroes and the Sovereign Mothers of Heroines, was dwelling in the bhaga of the Vajra Mother. There, Glorious Sky Without Stain, the Extremely Mighty, the Lord of Gods, the Lord of Secrets, Fierce Light, Enemy of the Sun, Supreme Joy, the Maker of All, the Essence of Utpala, the Lord of Great Peace, the Subduer of Darkness, the Marvelous Hero, the Great Arrogant One, the Great Black Arrogance Subduer, the Steadfast Mount Meru, the Face of the Sky. Also, among the Sovereign Mothers of Heroines are: Moon Woman, Left Woman, Unequal Woman, Wind-Eating Woman, Cool-Giving Woman, Essence Petal, Mindful Topknot Woman, Sun-Subduing Woman, Peaceful Messenger of Death Woman, Green Diligent Woman, Light-Desiring Woman, Brahma Woman, All-Pervading Woman, Thunderbolt Woman, All-Generating Woman, Mother of Heroes. Also, among the Consorts of the Mothers are: Lean Woman, Terrifying Woman, Light Woman, Drooping-Lip Woman, Mount Meru Tooth Woman, Time's Bliss-Making Woman, Sun-Eye Woman, Flame-Face Woman, Desire Woman, Long-Tongue Woman, Dharma-Joy Woman, Desire-Truth Woman, Thousand-Eye Woman, Tiger Woman, Wrathful Woman, Desire-Form Woman. In the midst of such a retinue of seventy-two million kotis of Great Heroes, Sovereign Mothers of Heroines, and Consorts of Mothers, such as the Good-Faced Ones, dwelling in the union of Great Good Pleasure, the Bhagavan called out to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the Lord of Gods, saying: Kye! Bodhisattva Mahasattva, Lord of Gods, that which is the nature of the three realities, and the supreme bliss of the moon, and the limit of the Great Seal, and

And its own nature, form, and measure, listen to what is known as the glorious wisdom bindu! After the Blessed One spoke thus, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Lord of the Gods, together with all his retinue, circumambulated the Blessed One three times, bowed his head at the feet of the Blessed One, looked at the ground, and sat in silence. At that time, flowers such as Mandarava, great Mandarava, Utpala, those equal to the light of the sun, lotuses, Pundarika, Ashoka, Champaka, Arjuna, and Naga-kesara, and various fragrant flowers, and showers of countless jewels fell at the feet of the Blessed One. Again, the Blessed One called to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Lord of the Gods, saying: What are you amazed at? The Lord of the Gods replied: Blessed One, I am amazed at the nature of the three samadhis, and the supreme bliss of the moon, and the limit of the great mudra, and whether it has its own nature, measure, and form. The great hero, Lord of the Gods, the supreme Vajradhara spoke thus: Emaho! The nature of the three samadhis, and the supreme bliss of the moon, and the limit of the great mudra, does it not have its own nature, form, and measure? If it is not so, how can one know that the nature of all dharmas is emptiness? The basis of the cause of a mere blink of an eye is all dharmas. Just as fragrance arises from relying on musk, if there is no substance of musk, how can fragrance be found? Similarly, if there is no own nature, and measure and form of dharmas, then there is no attainment of the nature of the three samadhis, and the supreme bliss of the moon, and the body of the great mudra. Therefore, in the distinction between pervader and pervaded, There is the great bliss of non-duality. Because bliss relies on the body, If bliss is cultivated, it will transform. If the bliss-body is all-knowing, Then all is a non-dual reality. The six blisses are supreme wisdom. Bliss and body arise from two. Abiding in the center of the six chakras. That is the supreme nature of the three samadhis. The nature of separation such as the moon. That is the three.
